This house features 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathroom, and around 3400 square feet. It comfortable sleeps 18 people. It has just been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances (washer and dryer included), firepit, furniture, etc. 3 miles outside of Spicer, MN. and 10 minutes from Wilmar. Short drive from the Twin Cities. Brand new dock for your use and you can launch your boat at the boat launch or rent a boat from nearby Spicer or Wilmar.

Rented this out for a fishing trip with friends, all of the beds worked out great for everyone to have somewhere to sleep. Was clean and tidy when we showed up. The fire pit by the lake was a perfect way to end the day. The dock was convenient to tie our boat up during the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious, updated and clean. The main reason for my review was the lake view, which is why you rent a lake home. The view was nothing like in the pictures.
