Our Condo This gorgeous beach view condo is located in Phase 1 on the third floor of the Topaz building in Las Palomas. The unit is over 1500sf w/amazing ocean views. Our unit faces west which will allow you shade in the am to sleep off the night before activities. Condo features It is one of only a few 3 true bedrooms 2 bathrooms w/a split floor plan. Two ocean view bedrooms w/sliding glass doors to balcony and black out blinds. An oversized bunk room with Bunk Beds to sleep all the kids & area for gaming. Flat Screen TV's throughout including 2 in the bunk room. Free Wi-Fi Recently remodeled Travertine counter tops Large laundry room w/full size washer & dryer Sofa and loveseat in living room Sleeps 8 The 2 bathrooms have floor to ceiling marble and inlaid travertine with walk in showers. It offers 442sf patio/balcony with both high top tables and low top tables that seat up to 10 people to enjoy those great ocean and pool views and a short walk to the beach. Balcony with sofa & loveseat! Las Palomas Las Palomas is the largest master planned resort community in all of Puerto Peñasco, which means it offers more amenities to you than at other resorts. Including a Jack Nicholas Golf Course, Palapas on the Beach, Beach Volleyball, Water Slides & Kiddy Pools, Negative-Edge Pools, Jacuzzi's, Swim-Up Bars, Lazy Rivers, Lounge Chairs with optional Face Shields, Room service, Pool-Side Eateries, Upscale Restaurants, Sports Bar, onsite Spa, Fitness Center, Convention Halls, and much more. Everything was great just a few little things. Knobs on showers need fixed too hard to find the hot water, seems they may be backwards. Also bunk bed room no air and fan in closet doesn’t work

We usually spend 4th of July at Paloma’s and it never fails! This condo was just beautiful and it had the most amazing views. It was very spacious and had lots of beds that made it even better for all my kids. It had everything I needed in the kitchen. I highly recommend this condo! :)

We loved our stay at this condo. This condo is a 5 star rating; but management of the resort ruined our stay following leaving. After we left; we were contacted that we had damage charges. They stated there was damage to a chair on the patio and appeared to be cigarette burns. Not only does no one drink or even smoke in our family; but we never even sat on the patio furniture during our stay. When trying to explain that to management they said it was our fault and charged our credit card anyway. We were also charged for an additional item that we noticed was broken upon our arrival. Lesson learned is that if we see something broken at Las Palomas to immediately contact the resort as it was blamed on us. This was the greatest condo we’ve stayed in and we come every year. I just feel frustrated we were charged for damages that we know were not done by us.

This condo was perfect! It was very clean and positioned perfect by elevator which made it quick to get anywhere on property. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed many meals there. Highly recommend this place!

The property is beautiful, clean and the pools and hot tub are great. The only complaint would be the water pressure in our condo. It was pretty much a trickle most of the time. We were in Topaz and friends staying in Rubio said their water pressure was fine.

The condo could comfortably sleep 8, although we traveled with 5. The condo is located in Phase 1 of Las Palomas, which was near the front desk and golf course, which made it easy to check in and carry clubs. Beautiful views from the balcony as well. The only inconvenience was the showers were cold, but I would put that onus on the resort rather than condo, itself. On top of the great spot, Nikki, the owner was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick with responding to the few inquiries I had. I would and will most likely try to re-rent this condo in the future.

Beautiful room. Slept 8 of us comfortably. The resort was very accommodating and such a fun place to hang out. They were very helpful getting us taxis wherever we needed to go. Felt very safe. Definitely recommend!

Clean and Cute decor! Wonderful amenities. Had to call facilities due to clogged shower (water would not go down) and cold water in the 2nd shower. They came within a couple hours. Would definitely rent again.

Exactly as featured, in the first phase of the building with phase two (bigger pools) just a 10 minute walk away. Check in and out was easy, room was clean. Only suggest to bring extra trash bags.

We loved our stay here. The unit was very clean and the decor was fun with all the beach stuff. The only thing I would add is a screen on the 3rd back bedroom. We kept that open at night to let fresh air in and the screen would've given a little more security.

Our stay was relaxing and had an amazing view!! Me and my family enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool and swim up bar as well as the close proximity to the beach area! The condo was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including all kitchen items!! Our host was great and responded to any questions we had! Definitely a must to stay and play!
