## Ski-In/Ski-Out Convenience
One of the greatest advantages of staying here is being **right on the mountain**.
Park City is an exceptional destination for skiing and snowboarding, with approximately 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, 348 trails, and 41 lifts. The resort continues to improve with new lifts and amenities, making every visit even better.
We particularly enjoy the ski valet and ski services. The staff are incredibly courteous and make the experience effortless. They take care of your equipment, dry your boots, and have your gear ready for you at the gondola.
After a full day on the slopes, there's nothing better than returning to your villa and relaxing in the Jacuzzi or warming up by the fireplace.
Explore Park City & Deer Valley
Although you're right on the mountain, you are also just a short ride from everything Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.
The resort provides a complimentary shuttle service throughout the area. We've always found the shuttle to be extremely convenient and available when we've needed it. During busy weekends, we recommend calling ahead to arrange your ride.
The concierge can assist with shuttle arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests, making it easy to enjoy your vacation without worrying about the details.
## A Wonderful Family Resort
Westgate is particularly well suited for families.
The kids club offers a variety of activities for children, while babysitting services are available after hours. This gives parents the opportunity to enjoy dinner, drinks, or a night out while knowing the kids are being cared for in a safe and welcoming environment.
It's one of the reasons we love being able to relax and enjoy our own time here.

We also offer an adjacent 360-square-foot studio separately (VRBO #739972).
Renting the two units together creates approximately 1,135 square feet of combined space, with two bedrooms and sleeping capacity for up to 9 guests. It's an excellent arrangement for larger families or groups who want to stay together while still having separate private spaces.
We also have another **775-square-foot one-bedroom villa on the 4th floor (VRBO #352781).

At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming.

The suite was fantastic! Clean, newer TV/furniture, nice layout, and plenty of room for three of us to spread out and comfortably have a little bit of our own space. The entire unit was somewhat recently updated and much nicer than most of the other units we've rented at other ski resorts. The shared bathroom with dual sinks was plenty large for 2-3 of us to use at one time, and the steam shower with bench was very refreshing. One warning, the TV in the living room is mounted only inches away from the brick fireplace on an immovable mount, we planned to but could not plug in a streaming device to watch our own movies/TV. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about the rental unit itself!
The greater building and services were nice, but literally everything was "valet." Ski storage=valet, ski gear locker=valet, parking garage=valet. It was nice, but not exactly what I was expecting and not really my preference to have people doing everything for me, but we were on vacation so what the heck...
The building is also a bit of a maze as it consists of 3-4 different buildings, and they are each connected on different levels, so we spent A LOT of time waiting for and on elevators.
All in all, we really enjoyed the unit & property, and would definitely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at many Westgate 1 bedroom condos. The condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. However as far as newly renovated goes, I’m not sure what had been done. Maybe new carpet. Furniture was very used and looked it. Cabinets had been painted. Condo was very stripped down, meaning no creature comforts left in cabinets example aluminum foil, plastic wrap, no plastic cups of any kind. Lights over stove did not work, rain shower head was clogged and sprayed all different directions and could not be shut off, ice maker only had crushed ice and refrigerator and an unpleasant order every time it was opened. It was in a good location, however anytime you see red barns outside in pictures, they are at least five years or older. The barns have been gone for a long time, so those pictures are old.
