Booking Policy: Just like hotels, we require a valid credit card for a security & damage deposit hold 1 day before your stay. A signed rental agreement must also be completed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Monviso Investments is our family company that manages our property. We do have a camera that monitors the driveway.

This was a little gem. I was impressed how our family was able to enjoy the property with little or no people on the beach, it was almost like our own private beach. We made lifetime memories with our kids and grandkids. Thank you for such an awsome place.

Excellent views, great property. We had some difficulty accessing the key, but fortunately the cleaning crew let us in. Also, one window covering upstairs has a broken string, so couldn’t open. Little complaints, though. Overall a great stay!

Amazing house right on the beach with plenty of room for all our kids and grandkids. The property is well-maintained and everything worked. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms seemed really well-insulated and quiet. We will stay there again some time!

You can't beat the space, view and access to the beach! However, there are some issues within the house that needs directing. Several outlets do not work. The oven and barbecue are in need of a serious cleaning. The shades need to be replaced. There were limited amount of towels. Noted a little sand on the floor upon arriving as well as a cobweb or two. Need non slip strips in the tubs. In spite of it all we had a great time....walks on the beach, kite flying, puzzles, movies, sports games and lots of food sharing.
