About this house rental
Located in Oregon, this charming house for $1,043 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Neskowin House is your perfect Oregon beach rental combining the peace and quiet of the Neskowin Village with the nearby services and amenities of Lincoln City. Our home has 7 full bedrooms. 5 1/2 baths. Featuring 3 separate master bedrooms and 4 other bedrooms with Jack and Jill style bathrooms. A beautiful fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with a commercial stove, large fridge, and beautiful direct beach views. Views from this home are amazing and we mean the views that you sit on your bed, the couch, or dinning room table and enjoy (not stand on your toes and peak out a window). We have direct access to the beach right in front of the home. To the north is nothing but open space and beach, to the south the great community of Neskowin, famous Proposal Rock, and the Cascade Head Nature Preserve. We are 10 miles from all the services and attractions of Lincoln City, yet it feels a world apart. The streets of Neskowin are peaceful, quiet, we are adjacent to golf, hiking, and a great local restaurant and general store. 12 miles north is Pacific City and in between is Nestucca Bay and the Nestucca River, just waiting for you to explore by kayak, do some crabbing or clamming, or salmon and steelhead fishing. Or, better yet, perhaps, just read a book in one of our many chairs and couches that look out over the ocean. Perhaps explore the hiking trails of Cascade Head? Or walk the miles of beach directly in front on the home. PLEASE READ: If you are planning to host an event with guests other than those staying at the house, you must fill out our event questionnaire first. Events are approved on a case by case basis, with additional fees as determined necessary. If you hold an event without our approval you will promptly be asked to leave the premises. Loved the house. Was perfect for our family. Excellent access to the beach. Only problem we encountered was the refrigerator. It quit working on the second day we were there. We ended up using the outdoors and containers with ice to keep things cool. Freezer worked so we froze the leftovers that we could. Communicated with property manager but never got a response.

As a former VRBO owner of three VRBO properties, I am very hard to please. This beach house was amazing.
Based on the timeframe of our trip being the end of December, I wanted a beach house where we could have a great water view regardless of the weather. This beach house has windows along the full length of the house. With an open floor plan on the first floor, we truly felt like you were on the beach when you were inside. Every member of our group enjoyed the beach experience. We were Awe struck by the beautiful water views.
There were a few earlier reviews that mentioned items in disrepair, but the owners must have already addressed these concerns. The beach house was in model home condition.
Our group really enjoyed the floor plan with three big bedrooms upstairs for the married couples in our group & the single adults on the main level.
We throughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful beachfront house. Several of us discussed how soon we could return again! ✅✅

This is the second time that we stayed at this property and both times were excellent! The views are amazing from almost every room. There are tons of cozy couches in the living room where you can sit and just watch the waves. We stayed with a number of extended family and it fit our group perfectly. The weather was even nice enough for lots of walks on the beach. We're hoping to be back again next year!

If you are looking for a well-appointed, lovely, large home on the beach, this magnificent home will not disappoint. We had our annual early 'Christmas on the coast' with my family and this home housed our family exceptionally well. There was room for all of us to have our own space and it is literally steps to the beach. The view from ALL the rooms is spectacular. I just can't say enough good things about this home. We could not have been more pleased and give this home our highest recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future!

What a fabulous weekend, great weather, great location and wonderful house! This place is great for a large group! The layout and location couldn’t be better! The house needs a couple very minor repairs such as a door handle and a ladder for one of the bunks but overall it was amazing! We will be renting again!

The home is just beautiful, with beach access the weather was so nice which gave us days of sitting on yhe deck and walking on thd beach. All of us are in our 60s this year with our mom that is 91 juet a few steps to get into the home and with 4 bedrooms on tbe main floor my mom had an ocean view in evey room. So lovely. Thank you for sharing you home.

We would love to stay here again. Well stocked, nice and large for big groups. One issue: one of the jack and jill bathrooms did not have working locks - which was awkward for the two bedrooms sharing it - would be nice to have that fixed. Otherwise great house, and great location. Thanks!

Wonderful property, the house is perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked, so many sitting areas to visit in and still be part of the large group.
You can't find a better beach location, the kids skim boarded in the ocean everyday.
The owner was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again.

This house has an AMAZING location! its at the end of the neskowin beach, so very few people to share the beach with. The house is large, and even with 12 people we were never in each others way. The house itself needs some attention. There were a few broken chairs, broken coffee pot, and one toilet that would not flush. We tried to contact the property manager and she never responded to my phone call or message through VRBO... Not great response. The BBQ was also not cleaned. We would def stay there again though, as the location is amazing!

Property seemed to be a little refreshed from the last time we were there, however, the dishwasher did not work and we had to hand wash. With 7 of us women there it was not a big problem.....just inconvenient. Loved the panoramic views from almost every window and the weather was great. Memories made once again.

We had a lovely time staying in Neskowin. This house fit our large group of family and friends. We loved the setup of the bedrooms with their own bathroom and the large living space to enjoy meals together. There are windows everywhere so you never miss out on an ocean view. We will definitely come back again soon!

The weekend was surprising in that the house was so big and close to the ocean. It was wonderful as well; comfortable, fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms cozy with private bathrooms, internet and TV especially important as it was Super Bowl weekend. And all was made even more special with clear, sunny weather another nice surprise.

The home shows a little wear being so close to the ocean but my family absolutely loved being right on the beach! Since the weather was not the best, we appreciated being able to gaze from inside the house and stay cozy warm! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The defined living spaces provided space for the younger children, two teens and the adults to relax and play table games.

We had a group of 16 and this property could not be better for a large get together! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make it simple to have privacy while the large spread out common space allowed for meals all together and then various activities from football watching (and playing on the beach!), puzzles, napping, and board games to happen all at once without people getting annoyed with one another! The views just seal the deal...walls of windows to enjoy the gorgeous beach and if you're lucky, pods of seals and whales to entertain you! We loved this property and will hopefully be able to visit again!

My husband's father, 3 of his 4 brothers and their wives travelled to Idaho to join us at this amazing house to celebrate his 80th birthday. The house was large enough we could all be together without feeling like we were on top of each other. Everything was as described and was a wonderful little piece of Heaven. The only complaint from the Idahoans was the fog kept them from seeing the ocean from the house. The hubby & I responded with "Welcome to the Oregon Coast!" :-) Despite the fog, the weather was perfect. Comfortable temps and barely a breeze. The gas fireplace was my favorite as I am always cold while everyone else runs on the warmer side. We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful oasis...everyone is looking at their calendars to make a return trip next year!

Only one comment my friends wanted me to share. The pillows on the King beds were great. The others, I guess, were not so much so, everyone wanted to trade with us upstairs. I brought my own so that was no problem (It went back before we left though.).
We did love, also, that you managed to order incredible weather for us, despite the rainy forecast for our 4 nights!!!!
The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed to cook, serve and eat with. We loved the 2 tables. They were great for chats and game playing!

The house was in a beautiful location. We loved the views. most of the bedrooms had view of the beach. The size was perfect for our group. Stocked with many essentials. Loved the foot shower in the laundry room to rinse of sand feet.

Wonderful property in Neskowin
Our family of 16 ( ages 75 to 7 months) throughly enjoyed our stay in this large, comfortable home right on the beach. The floor plan is perfect for a large group, with multiple bathroom , extra large dinning area, several small conversation areas and a well stocked kitchen and an ocean view from nearly every room. The furnishings and deco are homely, comfortable and perfectly beach! There are toys, games and beach toys , books and movies available. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional.
There are several maintenance e issues that need to be corrected , or at least mentioned to guests. The large oven is not in working order, although there is a small countertop oven that holds a 9x13 pan. The opening mechanism on several windows are broken, and the screens are missing or needing repair. There are no functioning windows in 3 of the bedrooms. The dead bolt at the kitchen door does not lock from the inside. There is a leak behind the toilet upstairs that has a pail under it that needs to be emptied daily. Several ceiling light fixtures are broken.
But, despite these issues, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this beach house to anyone. We hope to come back ourselves. I just hope the owners will address these maintenance issues before we come!
