Not to worry there are also a few additional items for your family pet with a food and water bowl as well. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms mean you can share a vacation with friends and family with ease. A comfy family room lets your guests retreat for TV or sample the books in the home’s library. The kids will immediately gravitate to the extensive ground-floor game room, where they can play pool, ping-pong. Soak in the large ocean view hot tub sheltered with wind protected glass. A propane barbecue on the deck expands your dining options. With the beach just across the street, you have miles of walking available; the Chinook Winds Casino, shopping and restaurants are five minutes away. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay, nice home, plenty of room and close to the beach.

This was a wonderful house for our family. The kids loved the game area and everyone loved the hot tub. It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to shopping. Had everything we all wanted, especially table overlooking beach.
Driveway was steep and hard to park. Gas didn’t work in fireplace. Shower faucet downstairs was broken.

We could not have asked for a better place! Our family of 14 flew in from all parts of the country
Beds were located well to give cousins good time together
The walk to the ocean was close and well-marked
When the propane tank for grilling was empty, we were told to go purchase a refill and we would be reembursed. The agent was very kind and helpful
All in all, a delightful time in a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful spot on God’s earth!

This house was very pretty. The only issues we had were the bunk beds seemed a little ricketty and the fireplace did not work. Other than that, we had a great time and the house was great.

It had ample parking for my kids and family members but after we got to the property we found a set of rules on the refrigerator that said only 4 cars are allowed at anytime which is ridiculous. We had additional guests joining us for a couple of hours to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday during the get together I receive a text saying we are over our limit of cars and we must do something about it.
The place can park 6 to 8 cars if you are going to enforce that rule put it in the description of the house and tell people up front.
I like the location but probably will not rent the house again.

We all were impressed with this property, response to any queries was great, amenities' were very good, view is excellent, very short walk to the beach. The play room was a blast, my 13 and 11 year old Grandsons had a ball, as did the adults!

Bad electrical issues, 1/2 of house power went out 2 nights. Hottub issues resolved. When I called for help at 9:35 am I had to call them back at 4:40 to find out what was happening. No urgency on their side to communicate with us. Fireplace issue resolved by maintenance. They took all directions out of house so it took about 4 hours to fIgure our the TV system and the management co had no idea how to work them. We all liked the location, liked the size and it was comfortable for our large family. Won’t rent again due to all the issues and them not being resolved We use VRBO all over the world and have for years. This left a bad taste in my mouth which is disappointing.

Family vacation
Our stay was fun and the location is great! There was plenty of room for my whole family. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the hot tub. The pictures online definitely make the house/kitchen look a lot bigger, but it worked out. We did find sand in our beds, fruit loops in the chairs and dutch brothers cups behind the dresser in one of the rooms. The wooden piece on the floor by the door was all broken. The floors were dirty, couch was ripped, we had to find a last minute dog sitter because when I paid it didn’t state how many dogs were included in the pet fee. Overall, the stay was great but for the amount of money we paid, the cleanliness could have been better and I wish we could have enjoyed it with our dogs. Also the check in time is very late and the check out time isn’t the best. I felt like that part was a waste of money.

Nice property with a good location just across the street from the beach... The hot tub cover didn't close properly, an inside step up to the living room needed repair, and there was trash (beer cans) just below the hot tub, and the BBQ ran out of propane... Besides these minor items, the house was clean, and cheerful.....We had a very pleasant stay..

Lincoln City Family trip.
Very nice condo and the game room was a big hit. Had trouble with the hot tub which took 3 days to get working, but they finally had it fixed. Communication was very good. Would stay again.

Great and fun place for a family beach stravaganza!
This house is great and has enough space for 3 families! The view of the beach is amazing and the sunset is priceless. Some reviews complain about the powerlines which ruin the view of the beachy, but that was no issue at all. The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes and a little further still is a beautiful hike. It's in close proximity to Safeway and not too far from downtown Lincoln City.
The neighborhood is quite and the the house is beautiful. The beds and rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. A few concerns (Durning the start of everything closing down due to Covid-19): it was difficult to get in touch with the owner. There was not enough toilet paper for the amount of people staying in the house. When I called to get more toilet paper, I was told sorry and there's nothing they could do. You would think for the amount of people I indicated staying at the property this would have been taken care of.
Lastly the hot tub cover was a huge hassle to deal with. We only used it twice because of how difficult it was to maneuver the cover off and on the hot tub.
Overall, this place is worth the money and a great place to stay at with your family and friends. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to others to stay.

I feel bad writing a review when the owners can't doing anything about it, but I would want renters behind me to know what I wish we had known. The property is nice enough and has decent beach access (about a 5 min walk), but the view out to the ocean is really hampered by the power lines. So although you can see water, the view is not serene. Next time we would do our homework a little better and be willing to even pay more to get that view.

There were 14 of us divided among 4 families. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious kitchen, great game room. Parking is a challenge as it is a very narrow driveway and sharp turn to the back of the house but we made it work with some jockeying around.
