We loved our stay in Lincoln city at this very accommdating house. Just kitty corner from brach entrance, two level balconies for enjoying the sound of the waves and seagulls, it offers a fully functional kitchen, lots of space, a hot tub, steam shower, gane room, and has a really great vibe.

Very nice house, clean and fresh. Well stocked with necessities for our family of 14. The only issue was the dishwasher really doesn’t get dishes clean. Recreation room was great for the kids. Great area close to a nice beach. I definitely would stay there again as Igor was excellent in making the changes we needed.

House had something for everyone. Great views of the ocean for relaxation, game room down stairs for the kid's and adults. Beach and town access less than 5 minute walk. House was well stocked with kitchen appliances and dishes/silverware.

This was a super location. Just 5 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the Lincoln City Old Town Shopping area. The house was clean, stained cool on hot days and was fun. We had a blast!

We loved this place and had a blast staying there. It was big enough for all 16 of us. It's within walking distance to the beach and within short driving distance to some good restaurants. It is well equipped with all the necessities for enjoying good food and drinks.
Just one thing I would like the host to know is that the grill outside was very dirty. We had to clean it for about a good 30-40 mins before we could use it. Other than this minor issue, we all loved this place and would definitely want to come there back again.

Enjoyed the house and location with just the short walk to the beach, especially with little ones walking. Recommend the ice dispenser on the fridge be cleaned otherwise the accommodations were great.

Owner did explain they were working on getting issue fixed. Overall we would definitely rent house again.

What a beautiful home! We had 10 adults and 3 littles, and it was perfect for each of our kids and us to have a separate bedroom. We loved cooking together and playing with the games. This place is right by the best tide pools on the beach. Bit of advice if you are coming to the coast: bring a coat and water shoes, watch for low tide to see tide pools, buy the throw traps at McKay's grocery and go crabbing at Siletz bay right after low tide, don't miss the glass blowers, enjoy the hot tub and go hiking! PS. I was worried a little about this rental because I saw a previous negative review, but none of their concerns were a problem on our visit. It was a great house.

Why for over the last 3 years me and my relatives have been consistently choosing this particular place for our vacation and referring it to our friends? First, the house is in a perfect location: very close to the ocean (only about 2-3 minutes walk) and to some restaurants/souvenir shops in the city.Secondly, the house has 3 stores and is very cozy. There is a play room where we always like to spend time. Also, some outside activities. The rooms have large windows and balconies that I personally really like as I enjoy much of light coming inside. Master bedroom is gorgeous! The bathroom is renovated and you’ll find a huge jacuzzi style bath tub. Lots of room, many beds for big companies, very comfortable. Each time I’m visiting this place I have a deep and healthy sleep. The bedding is always clean and nicely set. Blankets and towels are also clean and enough. And you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen.What we also like is that the owner is consistently remodeling this house: its design out- and inside including furniture, dishes, electronics and even paintings. For me, staying in this house is like visiting a local art museum (so many paintings it has!) I highly recommend this house. It has a beautiful view: you can sit at your balcony enjoying the ocean or see it from the armchair in master bedroom while reading a book. Each time we come, the house is always clean, it has everything we need for our stay. The owner is nice and helpful, great in communication.

We were all very disappointed in this house. I wouldn’t recommend it. The dishwasher was dirty, the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, we had to hand wash all dishes before using them. The pans in the oven have food on them. The towels were dirty and smelled like mildew. The towel had stains on them. Bring your own towels. The laundry basket has mold in the bottom of it. The hot tub is green and slimy. The pool sticks don’t have tips. The air hockey machine doesn’t work. The floor was dirty. We had to clean the house when we got there, then we cleaned the house before we left. I tried to work with Igor on the cleaning fee, since we did the cleaning before and after, but he didn’t want to work with me. The beds were very uncomfortable. 2 people left after 1 night because they couldn’t sleep in the bed another night. This does not sleep 16 adults. It is set up more for families with smaller kids. The master bed is very hard, I couldn’t sleep in it. We had 12 adults and 1 person had to sleep on the couch. If you do rent this house, bring your own towels, wash all dishes by hand before using them. Don’t use the hot tub, bring your own pool sticks, and bring extra air mattresses to sleep on.

The large dining table was great for larger family games or meals. The smaller kitchen table and living room with multiple couches provided good areas to socialize or snack. We enjoyed the hot tub! I had seen some earlier comments with concerns, but it was in working order for us, and Igor was a prompt communicator before and after our trip - including the return of a gaming console left behind by the kids!
There are a lot of stairs, and for the older folks in our group, it was okay and they were not deterred. Our son sadly had an injury before our stay, so he had to navigate on crutches through the house and up and down stairs. He was a trooper, but I was nervous at times for him and the older adults. Come prepared for stairs...including the stairs to access the beach. We made a game with the kids in counting them!
Overall, a great stay. Perfect for what we needed. I suggest bringing a few more towels - bath/beach towels, and hand/kitchen towels - for your stay, as we found the amount to be slim for our needs.

Once again this house was perfect for us. We had so much fun and loved the updated dining table and chairs. As long as stairs aren't and issue, which they weren't for us, this is the perfect house. Very short walk to the beach! Great for gatherings.

This property is quite large and can accommodate a good number of adults comfortably with plenty of space to spare. Large kitchen with a plethora of cooking utensils fit for any meal. Spacious living room with Smart TV and numerous well-loved couches make entertaining and relaxing easy. Unfortunately, most windows were unusable and the property does not have air conditioning or any spare fans, which was unfortunate for us as the Friday of our stay was unseasonably hot and smokey, making the house one large sauna. There was little to no relief for us! The hot tub could use servicing/a deep clean, and the air hockey table is missing its puck and paddles. Overall, we were well accommodated and the owner was quick to reply to messages. We would rent this space again for a large group.

The house was lovely. Location was great. We enjoyed the back yard. The license in the laundry room needs to be updated. Two of the smoke detectors need batteries.

Lovely home. Great gathering space. Nice view. We really enjoyed our stay and the location. We loved the kitchen and large dining room was great for our family. We enjoyed using the grill. Neighbors next door had fire going under a tree and set off rockets in the middle of the night waking us all. Mattresses and living room furniture need to be replaced, uncomfortable. Bottom of freezer needs cleaning. Water of hot tub sketchy, did not use.
