Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this attractive condo for $188 per night is a great choice for your next break. This second floor unit was recently completely remodeled with a well equipped kitchen and brand new Bosh appliances. The unit is equipped with a dishwasher, range, oven, full refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The unit has granite counter tops, contemporary colors throughout, a glass mosaic tile back splash in the kitchen, brand new linen floor tiles, and contemporary leather furniture in the bedroom, living, and dining areas. There are flat screen smart TVs in both the living and bedroom, an electric fireplace, air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fan and fresh linen. The bathroom is chic with tiled walls, and a brand new shower, toilet, and vanity. Laundry facilities and vending machines are only a few steps away on the same floor The unit has the closest access to the beach via the boardwalk, and has a direct ocean view. Views from the balcony include three bodies of water: a pond with a beautiful fountain right in front of the unit, the largest oceanfront pool on the island, and the ocean at Folly Beach. The resort has full service restaurants, tiki bars, tennis courts, a fitness center, and an onsite bike rental facility. As a vacation destination, Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort cannot be beat. Whether it's a quiet stroll along the soft white sandy beach or bike ride along the many wonderful bike trails, or golfing at one of the dozens of world class golf courses (voted in the top ten of the world's best golf resorts).

The communication with the property owner was great from check-in to check-out. This property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which was convenient and a beautiful view in the morning while we had our coffee. Very clean! Was a perfect size for myself and my husband. Would definitely stay again!

This unit is an outstanding vacation residence, it’s in a great place with a great view and access to the great huge pool and beautiful beach. The owner makes everything so nice and easy with everything you need and responds quickly every time. My son and his new bride used one of our weeks for their Honeymoon and they will forever love this place. My two granddaughters loved it too, there are onsite fishing ponds where they had so much fun catching fish (catch and release, no license required). There are 3 really tasty restaurants on site (one of which is by the pool). They have a professional security staff. And by the way the green in the photos in now a nice white and beige. We will definitely try to get this place every year.

Nice place for 2-4 people, good view, close to beach, would stay at again. I think a mislabeled light/fan switch was our only issue, but we figured it out quickly.

We were just steps from the beach and pool. Walking to the front of the resort to catch a trolley wasn’t a problem either. We ate breakfast and lunch in, really appreciated the full-sized appliances and fully stocked kitchen. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

This cozy, clean unit has a great view and close to the best beach and the pool. The grounds are well kept and clean. The owner kept in contact and was easily reached if needed. The only downside was the uncomfortable couch in the living area but we just used the very comfortable bed and the bedroom tv. This is a great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for 2 people. Not sure it would be comfortable for 4 adults. We spend all of our time outside and were only in the condo for meals and sleeping.
The owner was super nice and texted me the night of our arrival to make sure everything was ok.
The only problem we had was figuring out the coffee maker. It's literally the simplest machine with 4 buttons but we could not figure it out! Not a huge deal.
The washer and dryer are a few steps down the hall.
It's a quick, easy walk to the beach and pool.
We took bikes and rode everywhere, we only moved our car once in 8 days.

Owner of unit stayed in regular contact by text to make sure things were going well. I will certainly request this again on future trips there.

This property is even better than the pictures depict. It has been updated and is squeaky clean, sleek and contains everything you may possibly need. Access to the beach was close from the condo, but it has a few flights of stairs. There is access to the beach across the parking lot and through the pool area that for less mobile folks might be easier. There is an elevator in the building as well as full sized bellboy carts to "move in", which we found very helpful as we are seniors. The pool by the beach was awesome, manned by the nicest people. Security is tight, and the host responded immediately every time we had a question. The attention to detail was impressive, and the condo was spotlessly clean. I can't say enough good things about this property. Thank you, and we will be back!

This was our 3rd year staying on the resort. This was the easiest condo we have had so far. The downside for me was the couch was not great and I had a tough time sleeping. I’d also plan to bring extra bathing towels, the ones in the condo are small.. really small and had bleach stains all over them.

Condo was decent and adequate for 2 people. Property owner was friendly and responsive. Location was good, right next to beach walkover. However, I've never sat on a couch and dining table chairs that were so uncomfortable. They were so hard it was impossible to relax and be comfortable. This sounds like a small thing, but it made us not want to hang out in the living area because it was so uncomfortable. Other small things: shower head had a leaky drip and very light water pressure. Half of the light bulbs in the condo were out, so we found extras in the cabinets and had to change four or five of them, and that still left one lamp missing a bulb. One of the beach chairs had a torn seat that had to be tied together to be usable and then it was uncomfortable. Coffee maker shut off valve appeared to be deficient and coffee had obviously been burned on the surface. These are all small things, but they add up. We've stayed in a lot of places in many states and have found that it's the attention to detail that makes a difference. This place was decent but lacking in attention to detail. At least the reasonable price reflected that.

Favorite Villa by far!
We have been going to Hilton Head twice a summer for the last ten years and have always stayed at HHBT. We have stayed in Buildings A, B, C and the Tennis Villas over the years and this villa is our absolute favorite by far! The location gives a great view of the big pool, the ocean and the fountain. There were several turtles that would come out during the day to sunbathe. The boardwalk to the beach is only steps away from the property and the big pool is only a short walk as well. The villa is nice and updated and was very clean upon arrival. One of the best things about the room was the mattress was so comfortable unlike some of the other villas. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book this villa if available from now on!

Great location
This condo has an incredible ocean view, and the host, Syrial, was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to allow us to check in early and arrange parking passes for both my sister and me. Bed was super comfy, but if another guest is coming, bring an air mattress. Loved the stone in the shower, and kitchen had everything you could ask for. Great choice for price.

We stayed in this unit for the month of April 2022, it is a perfect place to stay in Hilton Head, it was clean and had a modern look. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. The beach is steps away from the rental. Most of all Sryial is the most amazing host, he is an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional and went over and above to make our vacation wonderful.
