Great for family entertainment. Interior open air atrium with fountain and table set. Vaulted ceilings with lots of large dual pane windows make this home very light and bright. The kitchen is open to the dining area/sitting room with a television. This kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Master Bedroom: King size bed (Tempurpedic memory foam, Supreme Collection) with private bath, walk in closet and doorways to back patio and interior atrium. Guest bedroom #1: Full size bed (Stearns & Foster pillowtop). Guest bedroom #2 : King size bed (Stearns & Foster pillowtop). Guest bedroom #3 : Queen size bed Living Room has leather couch and love seat in addition to the rocking recliner. Stereo Receiver is prewired/switched for music to Living Room, Atrium, Master Bedroom and Pool Patio. Special Attractions near home: Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, Ventana Canyon, Colossal Cave, Saguaro National East. This property is for single family/friend use only. No parties are allowed. It being winter, we loved all the interior space, places where we could be together and also have quiet and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. House pool not open in winter, but we had access to a local tennis, gym, and heated pool.

Lovely, well kept home near the Catalina foothills in a quiet neighborhood. Close to golf courses, biking paths, hiking trails, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemon, and Saguaro NP East. Large home with comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, and multiple living areas. Guy was a wonderful, responsive host who was very easy to work with.

Great location, and quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. Guy was helpful and returned deposit promptly. Close to great golf courses. House met our needs and plenty of space with four bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, but with our small group we ate out all of our meals. Damage checklist and rule list was a little intimidating, but probably stemmed from bad guests in the past. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway! It was very well stocked with everything you might need and then some! The location was so convenient to the restaurants., parks and mountains.....everything we wanted to do! The beds were extremely comfortable, home was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as explained. Clean and spacious. Guy responded immediately for any and all questions asked. We each had our own rooms; lots of space for privacy and relaxing. The views are amazing!

this property was quite adequate for our needs for an older property. the property had a strange lay out which gave the appearance of part of the house being added on after the main house was built. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked. The pool was also quite nice but due to undisclosed hazards I recommend that future guests always wear foot coverings in the pool area as I was forced to have foot surgery to remove thorns that came from an overhanging tree onto the pool deck.
I also recommend that future guests make sure that the house is fully secured due to the police coming to a neighboring house for several hours during our stay.
a further recommendation for future guests is that pictures be taken of all furniture due to the host's charging for replacement furniture due to small marks on the old furniture in the house. This host claims excessive damage costs.
my general recommendation is that future visitors to Tucson rent a VRBO house in the foothills that is newer and in a safer area.

Very spacious and well laid-out house. We loved the little courtyard with the big tree, lovely lights, and a water feature - so peaceful to relax in the evenings. The pool is wonderful, and the views are unbeatable. We had breakfast, lunch, or dinner daily on the deck enjoying the views. The location is great -- quiet neighborhood, very close drive to Sabino canyon, grocery stores nearby, city center is about 25 min away. Also, the communication with the owner was outstanding - super responsive! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family wedding weekend
My family of 6 adults and two children needed a place to stay for a wedding(my son-in-law couldn't join us when the time came, however) where the adults could each have their own room. The size of this house was perfect! We enjoyed being able to spread out and have our own spaces. The location was very nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean. If my family travels to Tucson again, this is where I would want to stay!

Experience was great, had a issue with the pool. I contacted the owner he got back to me right away, and he had someone there right away to fix it. Great house, nice neighborhood, and great scenery of mount Lemmon. We would definitely go back my family had a great time.

House was as advertised except the back TV had very bad sound- we chose not to use it. All else in the house and pool was great. The kitchen was better than expected, a large double door refrigerator with bottom freezer was there. Lots of pots and pans and baking sheets, spices condiments were in the cupboard and refrigerator, plenty of plates and serving bowls.

Our host, Guy, was very responsive to the few questions we had and got our security deposit back to us within a couple of days of our check-out. Nice pool and plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. Great visit!

Great location
Bunch of bicycle riders escaping Chicago to Tucson each year. Location was perfect for all the rides we do. Close to Mt Lemmon and Le Buzz etc. The pool was large and heated. The garage was huge and allowed us to store bike cases and bikes easily. The house is a bit older but has large common areas and new appliances. We left one small suggestion for improvement at our checkout.

I loved the quiet neighborhood, the large house, the wildlife, the views of the mountains, and that Guy was very easy to communicate with. Sabino Canyon is so close and beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out at the house relaxing and listening to music on the stereo system and enjoying the georgeous weather!

Relaxing in Tucson
This was our first house rental.
We were completely satisfied.
The house is uniquely designed with 3 living rooms and 4 bedrooms and an atrium. We enjoyed the spacious layout and never felt crowded.
The kitchen was great, enjoyed preparing several meals.
Eating on the patio poolside was a treat.
The mattress in the master bedroom, (I think is a ThermoRest) was by far best ever!!
We REALLY enjoyed the wildlife.
Just on this property we saw coyotes, a bobcat, ground squirrels, prairie dogs, little gecko lizards and Gambles quail and other birds.
Mr. Dobbins made our stay effortless and smooth!!
Would love do it all again !!
