About this house rental
Relax in style in this newly renovated townhome in the perfect Pensacola Beach location, convenient to the core business area, but far from the noise. Park in the private one-car garage, head up the stairs and let your worries melt away. You'll immediately be drawn to the spacious second floor balcony with stunning views of Little Sabine Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee here and watch for dolphins at play. It never gets old.
Once you pull yourself away from the view, take in the spacious living area, with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. High-speed WiFi let's you stay connected so you can share photos and make your friends back home jealous.
The modern kitchen features granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare meals.
If there's a grill-master in your group, they'll be delighted to cook on The Big Green Egg, which is hands down the best charcoal grill, ever. We even provide the required lump charcoal and fire starters. You bring the meat and the mad grilling skills.
On the main floor you'll find a convenient half-bath and separate laundry area with front-load washer and dryer. Pause to enjoy the view of the Gulf as you make your way upstairs where you'll find the bedrooms and ever more stunning views.
The Gulf-facing second bedroom includes a queen bed, ample closet space and a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent full bath features modern design and a tub/shower combo.
The master bedroom is the star of the show, your own private oasis with a luxurious king bed, a large private balcony and the best views in the house. The spa-like master bath features a large walk-in shower and double vanities.
Once you settle in, get to exploring. Head out the front door and you'll find the stunning-white sand beaches and clear Gulf of Mexico waters just across the street. Nearby dune walk-overs make accessing the beach easy.
Head out the back door and you're on the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a favorite spot for paddle boarders and kayakers due to it's calm, shallow water. Be sure and try out one of these activities and you'll be hooked. There just something about being out on the water that's therapeutic.

This is the first time we've not stayed on the beach so we were a little anxious about that as well as being on the bay. Wow, were we surprised. It is so close to the 22C beach access walkway so getting back and forth was a short walk. The back porch over the bay is where the sun sets so it was in an incredible spot. We live on a lake and it felt almost like home sitting and eating on the back porch. This unit is so new feeling and so well decorated. One of the nicest units we've ever stayed in. The host is super nice and responsive. They have all the beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, fishing gear, towels and even a Big Green Egg with instructions and charcoal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed. Not one single negative thing about this stay. The master shower was so nice and great water pressure. The area was so quiet, no noisy neighbors or traffic. We were celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary and there are so many great memories here. We'll be back!

Beautiful property. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Nice views of the of the bay in back, with patios on each floor. The home was clean and included a washer and dryer which is essential for beach activities. We loved our stay and would definitely book again if we one back to Pensacola!

Perfect Spring Break location for this family of 4 with older teens. Quiet, beautiful bay views from several balconies. Short walk to the breezy beautiful gulf. My son caught several fish in nearby locations. The townhome was clean, beautiful, lots of added amenities. Host was very prompt in answering my many questions about the area. :) We loved our stay!
