great location to the beach and supermarket. a short drive to the Mount Maunganui main street to bars and restaurants. Small & compact but has everything you need for a short stay. Well-presented and very clean and tidy.

Very nicely decorated with wonderful art work and very trendy kitchen ware. The bed was very comfortable although as we are seniors the accommodation was tight. This would be absolutely excellent for a younger couple.
We had the misfortune of only being able to use one night of the three nights we had booked. This was due to the very bad weather we encountered causing land slides and road flooding. We were hoping that possibly the property owner would split the difference with us and provide a partial refund of one of the nights we had booked. We didn't get any response when requested.
