Nestled in Seminole, this charming house for $189 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Amazing Location, Perfect For A Sunny Side Getaway! This vacation home is only about a 6-minute drive to the nearest beach (Madeira Beach). Inside the privately fenced backyard, you will encounter a multitude of tropical plants and trees, such as but not limited to mango, avocado, starfruit, banana, pineapple, guava, lychee, and longan plants, and many more. (Full description of plants on the property, including fruiting seasons will be happily provided upon request). Furthermore, the backyard contains a 44 jet, 6-person Luxury Hot Tub, including an above ground pool with solar heating panels and saltwater system. For your outdoor cooking needs, a gas grill is provided for you. Since this is a private home, all accommodations, utilities, and the like are able to be privately used by you, as the entire property is not a shared residence. The vacation home contains a 300 Mbps internet subscription. There are Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and the living room. TV’s have Roku Tv, Prime video, and a Netflix Subscription. The house contains amenities for oceanside usage, including a beach wagon, beach umbrella, towels, and beach chairs. You may bring bicycles, which may be used for transit or exercise as the Pinellas Trail is only about a 5-minute bike ride away. The trail is about 45 miles long. The Clearwater Aquarium is home to the Dolphin Tale movie set and its famous dolphins. John’s Pass at Madeira Beach contains a variety of restaurants and shops, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, John’s Pass has dolphin watching and pirate ship cruises if you’re up for it! If you’re looking to have a picnic on the beach, Fort DeSoto Park is perfect for you! Rich in history from its name and the grounds it is on, Fort DeSoto’s award winning beaches may be the ideal spot for you! Don’t forget to visit Legoland and Legoland Water Park, including Busch Gardens. If you want a better look at ocean life, try Discovery Cove, a water park where you can swim with dolphins and spoil yourself with a never-ending buffet! Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National park are other favorites. Check-In: 4:00 P.M Check Out: 10:00 A.M Please be advised that only guests on the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. No extra last-minute guests,overnight stays or visitors are allowed on the property, this is strictly prohibited. No parties, no events, no long-term tenancy. Up to two pets may be accepted (under 50 pounds) and must be notably approved by host. (All Pets must be added to reservation.) Cleaning Practices: House is cleaned according to Pinellas County Short-Term Vacation Rental Guidelines. We use a UV-C Complete Room & Surface Sterilizer Machine in all rooms prior to a guest's stay.“For the business’ protection, there are cameras located at the front of the house facing towards the road. This was a lovely place for our annual Christmas family gathering.
We enjoyed being able to spread out in the living rooms & outdoor patio.
Location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters & beach. Easy access to downtown St Pete, too!
The hot tub was a great bonus- one of the reasons for selecting this house.

Ramona was great with communicating before the stay and throughout the stay. This place was very clean and a great place to relax and enjoy the hot tub and pool (we did not go in the pool because it was a little cold and rainy). I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was a very quiet neighborhood in a nice location. I think my small pups made the most noise when they were outside. Great place, great host!

This house was amazing for our family of 4 (two adults and a 12 & 14 yo). Literally 5 minutes from Madeira Beach & we never had an issue finding parking. The back yard was an oasis, we enjoyed checking out the ripe fruit and had several mangoes drop while we were staying there & they were delicious! Our kids loved just hanging out in the yard, swimming and taking a hot tub each night before bed, they truly did not want to leave. This house was the cleanest place we have ever rented & a perfect size for our family. Thank you for being an amazing and quick to respond host! We truly enjoyed our week there!

Our Family Loved This Property. The Host was Wonderful, Helpful through the Whole Process and During the stay. The House was Everything We Were Looking for and More than We Expected. The Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed;just like we were at home. The Host list of things provided was 💯. We absolutely Loved the Hot Tub and Pool. We took our Little Corgi and My Dad's 2 Doggies and they Loved the Fenced yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the Fruit trees and got to experience Fresh Mango's and Fresh Pineapple. We even brought some Fruit home with us. The Trees were marked to tell you what they were and when they come in season. I would definitely recommend staying here for your Family Getaway. I know I will definitely be booking again if we get a chance to return to the area.

This property was perfect for us. Everything was very clean inside and out including pool and hot tub. Location was super close to beaches, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice and safe. Ramona also let us check in a bit early which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Ramona!

We booked this beautiful property for our short visit to the area. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children (5&6) and the property was perfect. The pool and hot tub were a hit and used a lot during the visit. The outdoor space was nice for relaxing, enjoying a meal outside, or drinking coffee! The location was perfect for our visit. It was close to markets to fill the refrigerator and many beaches. Although the kids loved the beach, the pool and hot tub were the favorite! Could not recommend this property any more, they have everything you might need for your trip!

We chose this property because we weren't sure what the weather would be like in February and we figured we could at least use the hot tub if it was colder than we hoped. The backyard is amazing with all kinds of fruit trees and a lovely canopy. Weather was awesome but we still enjoyed using the hot tub, and we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was warm enough for a comfortable swim. The home has everything you need to enjoy yourself on the beach, and the beach is just a short drive away. We loved staying here and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. The yard was very secluded and perfect for our small dog...fully fenced and very safe. Great proximity to beaches..a short 4 minute drive. Walmart and Publix are a few minutes away. The owner was very engratiating and a pleasure . Highly recommend this home!

We stayed two weeks here and it was fabulous! Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked, the place was spacious, and the backyard with the pool, hot tub, grill and patio furniture was so nice to have! We loved that the host changes the water in the hot tub between guests. Cleanliness is clearly a high priority with the host! Ramoune was extremely accessible, responsive, and accommodating with any questions we had! I highly recommend this place and we would definitely come back.

Wonderful home with a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here and the property was lovely. The host seems to have thought of everything, and we gladly made use of the beach equipment, kitchen equipment, etc.

Everything you could need was provided, very clean and host was great to communicate with. We had a great time at beaches very close by and enjoyed all the beach supplies. We would stay there again for sure!! Private pool and hot tub were awesome and the kids enjoyed everyday. Great neighborhood and close to anything you could want.

We loved the outdoor space of this property. Mornings and evenings under the colorful lights on the patio/in the hot tub were so relaxing. We enjoyed the tropical plants and fresh star fruit every morning! The State Park beaches were gorgeous!

The house was clean and stocked with anything you could need! The property was beyond amazing. It was so nice to cool off in the pool and dip in the hot tub when it was cool at night. It was quiet in the neighborhood and we felt safe. You are only a few minutes from plenty of beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. If we ever return to the gulf shores, we will definitely plan to stay here again!
