Hosts are very responsive and the property was exceptional.

The home is gorgeous and just as pictured in all the photos. The views from all the windows are spectacular. There was plenty of space for 4 friends on a mom's getaway weekend. The location is close to many restaurants, even in the colder months when some places are closed for the summer. We had an absolute blast and I would for sure stay again during colder months. The hosts were very good at communicating with me and even allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. One thing to note - the listing says the home is steps from the beach but that is inaccurate. It is true you can walk just a few steps to the end of the road and be right by the ocean. There is a road/wall you can walk along but no sand or beach area. If you walk a little further down (heading north) there is a small boat launch area with some rocks and small sandy area where you can sit on the rocks but again not a beach. For us this was not a problem at all because we weren't planning for beach days in November. If it was summer I would have been disappointed because we would have had to drive to Wells Beach with all our stuff, park, etc. During our stay we did drive to Wells Beach for a beach walk and it is one of the most gorgeous and pristine beaches around. Perfect!

Our multi-generational family stayed at Rhumb-on-Inn for a our son’s wedding weekend . It was very comfortable and clean and the bedroom set-up was perfect for us. Everything was as described and the hosts Tracy and Joe were incredibly accommodating! The views of the marsh in autumn and the ocean are a bonus! Highly recommended!!

I stayed at Rhumb on Inn with 6 other friends. We loved our stay. It was spotless clean, cozy, and the check in process was very easy. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this gorgeous home, equipped kitchen and amazing views. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful house, our extended family of 10 very much enjoyed the stay. Joe & Tracy are excellent and very attentive hosts. The property was very clean, and provided ample supplies for anything we might need. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We just returned from a great week at Rumb on Inn. It is in a great location. It is walking distance from Wells Lobster Pound and Crescent Beach. Also, a quick drive up the road to the Scoop Deck. We enjoyed looking out the back and watching the wildlife on the marsh...ducklings, deer and many types of birds. We prepared 4 evening meals in the wonderful kitchen....it was big enough and had all the necessary equipment...just like home! The upper porch was a bonus as well..we really enjoyed it. Overall it was a great place to stay and anyone will be very comfortable there!

Lovely location, walking distance to Crescent Beach. Close to seafood market and ice cream! Best ever opportunity to be with my family for a few days! Everyone loved it.

A few friends and I stayed for the weekend and the home was perfect! Clean, quiet, and relaxing are the too words to describe our stay. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Our family vacation was long overdue due to COVID. We had the best family vacation with all of our children as we celebrated my husbands 70th!! The house was so easy to live in with a family of 6. The PANORAMIC view was incredible. We had so much fun out back playing corn hole and enjoying the fabulous marsh. We are hoping to make this a family tradition. This is a great location for a ladies party. The house has everything you need with a lot of space for all seven of us! The beds are comfortable and there are three bathrooms. Close to shopping, beaches, restaurants and a quick trip to the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The host were very accommodating.

A small group of us stayed at this beautiful home for a friends retreat. The views from all sides of the house were of water and were scenic and serene. The house was clean and had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy each other. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to check out a little bit later which was a nice treat. The water was easy to walk to as well. I highly recommend this location and house for a short or extended stay.
