This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Sparrow Pond Cottage is destined to be your new favorite beach cottage on Kiawah. Purchased in 2017, we look forward to sharing our Kiawah home with you. Since we purchased the cottage all 3 bathrooms have been renovated, new floors installed and the cottage interior repainted along with other updates. We enjoyed our stay at the property. The beach was just a short walk away. We loved the house, which was equipped with everything we needed and the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

The house location and amenities were all up to par and accurate as stated. We rented bikes and loved riding all around the island. There are multiple types of restaurants to choose from and easy access to groceries. Wish we had known about all the family activities at Night Heron Park before Wednesday of our week. Great fun for kids!!

We had a fantastic week in Kiawah with 4 adults and one infant. The cottage was as described, full of what we needed to relax, cook and just enjoy Kiawah. We look forward to staying again!

We loved the cottage it was the perfect size for two couples and an infant! Having the third full bath was a plus! Location was great, a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed some local golf (incredible courses!) and some sightseeing in Charleston. The cottage was clean and updated - the property manager was very accessible when needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed some quiet family time.

Fantastic location-short walk/bike ride to beach! Well stocked with towels/washcloths, cleaning supplies and paper products. Overall a very comfortable house for the price. Would stay again for sure!

This house is set up very well with three bedrooms and three full baths. The kitchen has plenty of workspace and is well equipped. It is a short walk to both the beach and Sparrow Pond pool. We will definitely keep this on our list for the future.

This cottage was great. We used to stay in a larger house on the East side of the island. There is no need for that anymore. This cottage was perfect for our family of five. Very roomy. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Clean. Well stocked. Susie, property manager, was amazing to work with. Ask her about seeing the dolphins! The location of the cottage is perfect in regards to walking to the beach and the pool. It is also at the end of the street so no through traffic. It was quiet all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway
Great place to stay. Within a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house has a very well stocked kitchen, it was clean, and updated. Susie was great to work with, even brought me a new hairdryer. Highly recommend

Family friendly villa with great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this villa. The property manager is quick in her responses and sends you everything you need for a simple, easy check in process. I was traveling for work and found the location to be perfect. My conference was at the new West Beach Conference center which was a very short bike ride away. The villa is also close to the boardwalk for beach access as well. There’s a nice walking path from the villa directly to the community pool and boardwalk. It was a short, easy walk. We also really enjoyed the large wrap around deck and using the gas grill to grill out some local seafood. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The layout was great with a nice open kitchen and living space. Definitely would stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Just a short walk to pool and beach. We cook while on vacation, and found the kitchen to have everything we need, including a sharp knife which sounds silly, but almost never found in a vacation rental!

Ideal location in Kiawah
Wonderful week long stay in this beautiful beach cottage. The kitchen was spacious and bright. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave the whole family privacy and plenty of room to get ready for dinner after a day at the beach. The location and easy walk to the beach and pool were perfect! Having a gas grill and large patio made dinners in easy and fun. Great updated communication and suggestions from the property manager.

Very enjoyable week
The cottage was exactly as presented on the VRBO site. The kitchen was well equipped and very useful. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and the outdoor shower with hot and cold water was a good feature.
The cottage was pretty close to the beach , about a 7-8 minute walk right by the pool which was about 3 minutes away. The beach was nice being huge and not crowded at all.
I do wish there were a few more mid priced restaurants on the island or Seabrook.. I think there were a couple more restaurants on Seabrook when we were there 3 years ago but I understand there was a fire that destroyed them . There are plenty of restaurants 20-30 minutes away. I would recommend the Royal Tern and the Fat Hen.
. Bike riding was a lot of fun . The bike paths are not near a congested as Hilton Head.
All in all it was a great week and the accommodations were a big reason why.

Susie is great to work with! Love the location and property very nice. We were disappointed with the screened in porch and deck. Porch fan didn’t work and outdoor furniture needs updating but rest of home clean and accommodating.

Beautiful Stay!
We had an amazing time! The condo/cottage has been remodeled, and has a fresh/new feel (especially in the 3 beautifully tiled FULL bathrooms). Having an outdoor shower was an added bonus to make sure everyone got that last little bit of sand off before entering. Short walk to the beach, and even shorter walk to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was perfect! We have stayed at several places but this one was one of the best! The house was spotless and everything was up to date. Everything was as described and we had zero problems during our stay. There was literally nothing more I could have asked for or wanted. The pool and beach are the closest we’ve ever been on Kiawah. Our 20 year old daughter really appreciated that her bedroom was a master as well with the attached bathroom. The house is the last house on a very short street so there was no traffic and was very quiet. Absolutely a wonderful stay!!!!

Great Beach Cottage
This is a well equipped, updated cottage that is 5 minutes walk from one of the world's great beaches. It has all the kitchen and grilling amenities needed for fun vacation meals. The private deck and the screened porch are pleasant outdoor places for gathering. The property manager communicated well by e-mail making check-in seamless and promptly responded by sending assistance when we had a minor problem trying to close a window.

Wonderful Cottage
The cottage was very nice and had everything you could need. It was perfect for our group. Easy access to the pool and beach. We had to evacuate because of the hurricane and they were very accommodating with the days we didn’t get to use. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
