Three private suites — a king, a queen, and a twin — each come with their own full bath, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space when needed. An open living area with dark hardwood floors, a tray ceiling, and comfortable seating flows into a bright sunroom wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows — one of the cottage's most-loved spots for morning coffee or a quiet afternoon read.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for family meals, with a dining table that seats six (plus leaves for extra guests), a butcher-block breakfast bar, and a dedicated beverage station with its own mini fridge. Step through the French doors to the screened porch — furnished with a dining table, swivel chairs, and a lounge chair — for cocktails, lazy mornings, or dinner beneath the ceiling fan, with a second cozy seating spot on the front deck for sunrise coffee.
