I loved how friendly and hospitable every single person I came in contact with at the Royal Sichango was. Even the manager was extremely welcoming. I felt home away from home. I would recommend the place to my network.

The chalets are lovely but maintenance needs to be done to the loose taps. Hot water was a challenge. Breakfast was limited but good. The staff went out of their way for anything needed.
The basin taps were broken and the Aircon was very noisy.

We have stayed here often over the years. The gardens are well tended the staff are helpful, the beds are comfortable, the location is good and it is good value for money in generally overpriced Livingstone.
Many of the chalets have not been maintained (lights don't work, there are cracks in the wall, etc). I expect I shall return, but the premises would benefit greatly from some TLC.

Nice mosquito nets. Spacious rooms.
Poor lighting which was cross wired. Basin taps were stuck under a shelf so couldn't get hot water from them. Fridge was tiny with no freezer section.
