The room and the bathroom were very spacious and equipped with all the amenities, including air conditioning. The location is excellent and the house has a lovely little private garden where you can have breakfast. Bonus points: the warmth and kindness of Mrs. Grazia, who prepares and brings breakfast every morning :)
If I were to return in Lecce, I would definitely choose this place again!
If I really have to find something negative, it's that the door of the room didn't work properly and made a bad noise (or had to be lifted slightly to avoid the noise). Hope they will fix it soon!

Great location a short walk into the centre of Lecce (10 minutes). Away from tourist bustle in the centre.
Really good sized room, bathroom. It had a small table, coffee machine and desk.
Breakfast is served on a terrace above the garden which is nice.

The location is close to the Old Town, staff was helpful, the room was very clean and modernly furnished.
Area is very noisy. The rooms are located on the ground floor of the building and the residents make a lot of noise starting at 6 am. Our room, although very clean and modernly furnished, including a state - of- the - art TV, smelled of mold and we had to sleep with the window open non - stop. Also, the space where the rooms are located was not lit and night, nor was the staircase of the building. The breakfast was very modest, and the products were not if high quality. The coffee was good. If we will return in Lecce, we will choose another hotel.
