The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger and a new building is under construction. All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact. Decked out with amazing views and great amenities - including an infinity pool, hot tub, and a mile of beach to enjoy - The Villas at Cocoplum is a sure-fire way to kick start your next tropical excursion. Situated on the Placencia Peninsula in the beautiful country of Belize, you're bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other, with jungles and the Maya Mountains in the distance offering a fantastic backdrop to your Central American vacation. The amenities of The Villas at Cocoplum are varied enough to spend an entire vacation within the grounds of the gated community! Besides the pool, the hot tub and the beach, there is a pier for relaxing, fishing or watching dolphins and manatees swim by, and magnificent tropical gardens to wander through. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo located on the top floor, overlooks the beautiful grounds and beautiful Caribbean beach. Inside you find a spacious and bright living area with a tropical flair and exotic mahogany doors and cabinets. Make yourself at home, have a seat on the cozy sofas in the living room and open up the doors to catch the refreshing sea breeze and enjoy the spectacular view! On hot tropical days the air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool. Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV or relax outside on your private balcony after a day of enjoying the pool and the beach, or after returning from one of the great tours the area has to offer, this unit has it. The full modern kitchen, with granite countertops, mahogany cabinets, and modern stainless-steel appliances will make it fun to prepare a great meal if you decide to skip a day eating out in one of the great restaurants. Boasting everything from a stove, fridge, and dishwasher to a blender, toaster, and microwave, this kitchen has just about everything you might find in your own. You prefer the outdoors? No problem, throw your catch of the day on the grill by the pool area and eat outside on the covered balcony while overlooking the gardens and the sea! Perfect place to stay while visiting Placencia

I would highly recommend this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the Villas at Cocoplum. This third story condo has great views of the beach, ocean and pool area. The lay out is very accommodating and roomy with the master bedroom facing the ocean view. We woke up every morning to see the amazing view. It was exceptionally clean and neat. We were very comfortable and felt really "at home" there. We only wish we could have stayed longer. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it was close to our favorite restaurant, Maya Beach Hotel Bistro and the Cocoplum area is beautiful and quiet. Next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here. Herbert, one of the owners was very attentive to our needs as well.
