Nestled in Laguna Beach, this lovely house for $520 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 25+ to Rent * 3 Story Beach House 3 Bedroom 3 full baths with bunks area. 7/night minimum 4/29/23 - 9/30/23 & 4/27/24 - 10/5/24 Free Wifi 100+ Mbp Washer & Dryer No Pets No Smoking Pool- Not heated Complimentary beach service not available Beach across the street, and Carousel supermarket close by. Ground floor has a King suite with pull out sleeper sofa in the den that has a bar & full-size fridge. Huge patio that has outdoor dining by the pool with panoramic Gulf views. The laundry room sits off to the side on the way up the stairs toward the main living area. The main floor opens to a big living-room with over 12 foot vaulted ceilings that would be the center point of your movie experience with surround sound and a large screen Satellite TV with DVD player. The 2nd master bedroom with it's queen bed and it's small private balcony sits off the large open kitchen with a breakfast bar and night time ambient lighting. The dining area has a unique large wooden table with seating for 8 and access to a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. 3rd floor King Master suite has sitting area with a 60' Samsung flat screen HD TV & walk-in closet. Enjoy spectacular beach views of the Gulf from the Master balcony sitting area. The Master bath has a large walk-in 6' X 8' shower double vanity private make-up station with separate his and hers lavatories and lots of counter space. The bunk area is located on this floor to the side of the hall way. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 5 cars at the back of the house (Gulf side). The Carousel Supermarket is right next door for your food and household shopping needs.

Idk how long this house has been here but we have come to PCB for 12 yrs now, and for the longest time my kids have wanted to stay here. I gotta say it’s one of the best experiences we have had, nothing better than having all your kids and adult kids under 1 roof to enjoy your favorite place in the world. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and make lasting memories. We will definitely be back!

We love this house! We booked it two summers in a row. It’s spacious, well stocked, clean and comfortable! The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet area, but a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to a supermarket and Thomas donuts. The beach area isn’t crowded at all. We love the private pool! Can’t wait to go back!!

When we checked in at 1 pm on June 10th the temperature in the main living area was 79 degrees! I immediately made a call to FourStar. Bottom line, our family spent a week at the Front Beach House without AC on the main living floor and it was not repaired until 5 pm the night before we checked out. There was never an offer made to relocate us to another home and the inconvenience of having 3 fans blowing and creating noise 24 hours a day to help alleviate the heat (they brought over) as well as having a room air conditioner (they brought over on Wednesday) that had to be exhausted out of the main floor bathroom exhaust fan because there were no windows to use. That bathroom – right off the kitchen was easily at 90 degrees if not more. We did our best to secure the door so that the heat didn’t escape into the kitchen. Miserable. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is essential to ensure that rental properties are properly maintained and equipped with functional amenities to meet the expectations of guests. The lack of air conditioning had a profound impact on our family’s ability to relax and fully enjoy the time we spent that week. Considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by this situation, we requested that FourStar provide suitable compensation. Their first offer was less than 1 percent of the rental price. Their second/final offer was again not suitable based on what was experienced and what one would expect. Also, accepting their final lowball offer of $1,000 meant that we could not share our experience. We declined in hopes to help future families not go through what we did. We strongly suggest going through a more reputable company. The house needs attention, all the doors are a mess and the grill had bricks holding it up as one leg was broken. Way too much kitchen stuff yet no pantry or area to store groceries. Enjoy all that PCB has to offer BUT through another established company.

Great location- clean, quiet, quick access to beach, and very accurate representation of property. Each floor has a bedroom so there is plenty of space to spread out for your own space to unwind during the evenings. View was awesome. Dinner on the balcony were great with plenty of room for the crowd. The property is far enough away from the crazy traffic and tourist spots but able to drive there very quickly for shopping and dinners.

We stayed for about a week here at this beautiful home. It is wonderful, you have your own private pool, home is right on the beach, & gorgeous sunsets! The master bath is amazing! Perfect spot to be away from younger party goers but perfect for quiet, relax private adult time. Very close to shopping & Pier Park! Also, has local small shops to walk to-shell shop, local grocery/wine shop, drive 5-10 miles west or east & have all the food & regular grocery stores needed. Very clean & comfortable. We will stay again! The doors are very nice & expensive but have swollen due to weather & sometimes hard to get closed& locked, causing a safety issue, but with strong men you can do it! Thank you!

This house was the perfect location and had every amenity we needed. Upon arrival we did find a massive grease spill on the patio area by the pool from the grill. We called 4 star condo and reported it and was told a cleaning crew would be dispatched; however, in our 7 day stay no one ever came to clean it up. In order to prevent this spill being blamed on us, we instead cleaned up the grease ourselves prior to departure. The home is beautiful but there are some minor cosmetic things that need to be repaired. Second floor bedroom had a broken lamp, the doorknob in master bath was missing from the inside, the coffee pot in the main kitchen needs replacing (there is a Keurig but it appears it may have not been descaled in some time). There were not enough towels and washcloths for everyone and we had to purchase some but other than these small repairs and linen issues, this house was PERFECT and we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider renting this home again.

What a wonderful week we had! Tons of space! We loved the privacy of the pool and location of the ocean was so close! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job! The house was immaculate! We loved every aspect of our stay and hope to be back next year!

The house is very nicely decorated inside and perfect for a small family. The house was stacked with everything you need. The major issue we had was the pool is not heated. According to the pool maintenance company that came by during our stay, this has been an issue for awhile and the owners are not fixing it. Without the heat, there is definitely no chance of using this pool. Way too cold. The street to cross to get to the beach is a little busier than I expected but once you’re at the beach it’s gorgeous white sand! The house is in a great area if you want to avoid the constant congestion of downtown Panama but also take advantage of the restaurants and shops.

Very pleasant experience working with Four Star Condo Services. They were always helpful and polite. We had a couple of minor issues with the house and a simple phone call to Four Star was all that it took to get them resolved. I would definitely use Four Star again! The house was awesome and absolutely worth the cost, beautiful views, clean, well furnished, easy beach access, private pool, and overall well pleased. Hurricane IDA blew through while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors, thankfully the house was big enough and nice enough that we were able to still enjoy our family vacation.

Everything about this place met and exceeded our expectations for our vacation getaway!!! we couldn't have asked for any better place than this lovely home. the amenities are outrageously great and the condo service was very prompt in addressing any questions that I had about the high Tech gadgetry at this property. I will never stay in a condo again, this is my forever beach house!The location is 2nd to none. Although it is across the road from the beach, the views and ease of access to the sandy shore, make it the beachfront home I've always wanted without the high cost. I will be back next year for sure! Thanks to Whitney and Carrie at Four Star Condo svcs, I now have a home away from home. Definitely a five star experience!!

We didn't realize we were responsible to take the prevoius guets trash bin to the curb for Monday pickup as we got there on Sunday night. No room for our trash that we generated until after the puckup on Thursday. Only other minor item was, the gas for the gas grill was out. Had to call to get it replaced. I would most definately stay here again.

The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach. It's conveniently close (less than a block) from a grocery store and there's a doughnut/ice cream shop again about a block in the opposite direction. The home is very clean as I wiped down common surfaces as an extra precaution and I didn't pick up anything. We had an absolute wonderful stay, but there are several reasons why my review is 4 * rather than 5. Here are some suggestions to the property management/owners:
1. The property is a beach house/home so you should provide beach towels for your guests.
2. The grill didn't work and a maintenance person diligently came out the following day after notifying the management company. This was at the beginning of our stay so we thought that we'd get a new grill as per the maintenance person recommendation, but 5 days later and no grill and it was time to leave. The grill had seen better days waaaay before our stay. It would've been nice to be able to use one.
3. The property has a beautiful pool, that unfortunately is NOT heated. For the amount per night in the summer, the pool should be heated. I understand that the current system broke multiple times, but owners should invest $s into the property and replace it.
Overall a wonderful stay and an easy 5 * if the above mentioned suggestions are addressed.

We loved staying here! It was everything we could have imagined and more! Perfect for our two families to stay, and enough space to not feel like we were cooped up or crowded. We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the ocean, and the grocery store was a short walk next door. We brought our 11 month old, and we felt very comfortable with her walking/crawling around on the floor. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend! We will be coming back!
