Located directly on the 'World's Most Beautiful Beaches' in Panama City Beach, and just yards away from the Bonita Beach community pool, no detail in this condominium has been overlooked. From the moment a guest enters the condominium, he or she will be comfortably surrounded by the feeling of total luxury. Notwithstanding, guests will soon come to their senses as the emerald waters of the Gulf, and the adjacent pristine sugar white sandy beaches, beckon them. For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed in the kitchen pantry that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc. No smoking is permitted. Snowbirds are welcome, but only by the full month (all of January, all of February, or all of January and February). To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners, as proper identification. Unless agreed to otherwise by the owners of this property in their written rental agreement, there must be a ratio of 1 adult (25 years of age or older) to every 2 children (under 25 years of age) who stay at this property.. The owners of this property do not rent it to groups of high school, college and/or other individuals who are under 25 years of age due to damage concerns.

This property is in a great location. The access to the beach from the back balcony is fantastic. There are plenty of dishes to allow cooking meals etc. We went during the off season which was great for crowding but pretty hot. Still the best time to go I think. Loved the place and plan on going back.

We had small grand kids so the condo bring right on the beach really help us going back & forth. The gulf water was so clear & clean. We only had 2 out of 6 days of double red flags. Our party was comprised of 6 adults, 3 small kids and a Maltese. The ice makers were lacking so we just bought ice. The unit’s A/C was great! The kitchen was equip with many items that my wife appreciated. There are many seafood restaurants close by, putt putt and a movie theater, a Dave & Busters, which we enjoyed. We will probably be back as this location is hard to beat!

My family loved the condo and you just can't beat being ON THE BEACH, but the parking situation will keep us from going back. Each condo only is allowed one spot that is assigned and maybe 3 guest spots for the entire complex. We felt barraged with complaints going back and forth for days because we would be forced to park in another spot since someone was in ours. We shouldn't feel stressed to drive to dinner, worrying what do we do if our spot is taken upon our return? Make it a parking lot - period - and we'll be back. Also the non-working dishwasher was a disappointment.

This was a perfect place to stay for our group. Comfy beds, room for all of us to spread out, well appointed kitchen, and the best beach access. No crowds, and the water is just steps away. We will definitely stay here again for our beach trip to PCB. Highly recommend!

If this property is available, don’t hesitate, just book. The beach was beautiful and not crowded because there is no competition with the high rise condos. The kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could need and there are roku tvs in all the rooms. The porch is large with ample seating. The porch closet was stocked with all your beach chairs, toys etc and we really didn’t need to bring anything.

Overall good place but not walkable to much in regards to restaurants however kitchen fully stocked for cooking. They seem to have some electrical problems as one outlet under couch burned out and AC lost power while we were there and needed replacing. The checkout procedures are a bit stressful as I’m used to starting dishwasher but we had to wait till finished and unload as well as towels to dry in dryer.

Every Thanksgiving we do a Four Generations Family Trip. My Oma who is 96, my parents, myself, and my boys. This is our one big vacation a year the week of Thanksgiving. We have been staying at the Bonita Beach complex for the past 4 years and love the complex and its location to everything. The past 3 years we have stayed in downstairs units like this one. The furniture and decorations were amazing. The reclining couch was extremely comfortable in the evenings. The owner has a manual/information booklet in the unit which gave us a lot of information on the area and some restaurant information with real honest feedback on them. Love the fact that they are pet friendly as that means our old lady gets to travel with us. We had some maintenance issues on the first day we were there from a previous occupant and the owners had their handyman come over that same day and he handled the issue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Wish we had him here in our area to do repairs. I have a few very small complaints with the unit. The master bathroom shower stall/suite area is very dark in the evening - you have to turn on all the lights in the bathroom so you can see. During the daytime it was not an issue as there is a window that helps but during the dark hours it is dark in the shower unit. The high chairs on the deck you need to be careful when you sit in them as they will fall forward. The last issue is not something the owner can fix but right outside the balcony/deck area in the "protected area" is a large bush that does block part of the view. We were happy with the unit overall and the setup. The two master suites work well for my Oma and my parents to each have one and then the boys & I have the 3rd bedroom. We would not mind staying here again like I said the owner was amazing and the unit was too.

Being oceanfront with a large deck highlights this property. Steps away from the ocean, Thomas’s donuts and a grocery store are certainly convenient too. The kitchen is well equipped, and liked that there were 3 bathrooms. We would stay here again! Host has excellent communication with guests.
