This home has a stylish atmosphere decked out with beautiful, quality furnishings. Located conveniently on the city's Northwest side, just 9 miles to either theme park; Sea World of San Antonio or Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Grocery stores in the area and quick access to major highway's make getting around town a cinch. Other popular venues nearby include the Northside Natatorium and the National Shooting Complex on Roft Rd. Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other is a bunk bed room. The bunk bed has a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another queen size futon bed. If you would like, you could bring in an air mattress to place in the Family Room. Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older. If the above conditions and accommodations are a good fit for you and your guest party, WELCOME HOME!

Our stay was great,Carlos actually got my family and I out of a bind.We had two homes prior to his take our money,only to turn around and cancel because it was already booked.How that was able to happen I don’t know but Carlos did everything in his power to accommodate our situation needless to say we were very thankful for his understanding and sense of urgency.

Great location. House was perfect for the 4 family members. Backyard was great to let the two small dogs run. Anything you need is a short drive away. Neighborhood was super quiet. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home! The house was very clean, cozy, well equipped and welcoming. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We greatly appreciated the host's hospitality and responsiveness (we only contacted him one for a minor question and he responded very quickly). Highly recommend!!

Great property on NW side of San Antonio! Check in and check out was flawless; we stayed 8 days and never needed to contact property manager. Didn't even use the bunk bed bedroom during our stay but can definately see the advantage for a larger group with kids. Would definately stay again!

Great Stay
This is a property that my family and I will stay at in the future
House is well kept, all the necessary amenities where there when we arrived. This is first property we stayed that was beyond expectations. Everything was comfortable and the location was great. It is truly close to SeaWorld and Six Flags and has a wide variety of resturants within minutes of it's location. Very easy access to Loop 1604.

We had a wonderful experience staying in Carlos' home! We didn't encounter any problems at all. The house was very comforting, clean, cozy and welcoming! We ate very grateful for having the opportunity to stay in this home! Thank you again so much!

We were able to really relax after a long day of exploring San Antonio in a way that could not be experienced in a hotel room (especially with an infant and toddler).

Beyond my expectations!
We couldn’t have been happier with the stay but even more so, the communication with Carlos. He was accommodating, responsive, compassionate to our situation and respected our privacy. The home is exactly as it shows online. We were extremely comfortable and has everything you need, especially for an extended stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood which we loved. Overall we had an amazing experience during our 1.5 week stay! Carlos was a phenomenal host and we definitely will reach out for a future stay if needed!! Side note: there is WiFi, cable, games, patio/ backyard, utensils/ pots/ pans, brand new dish sponge, bar soap, shampoo, etc. (Small gestures that matter during this crazy time with COVID-19.)

Visiting San Antonio
Our stay at this property was very nice. The house was very clean and well maintained. There was plenty of seating for our group. We really appreciated the little added touches. There is an automatic light in the pantry. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen ware. The location is excellent. We will definitely rent again the next time we are in town.

This owner NAILED IT!!
This was our first time staying at this vacation rental and we were not disappointed! The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and it suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were toiletries in both bathrooms. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the back porch in the mornings having our coffee while listening to the birds. This place is perfect for a nice easy stay in San Antonio. Thank you Carlos for everything!!! We will definitely use this place again.

Colorful, great location home close to major attractions.
We all had a very nice time at this colorful home stay. The kitchen was quite well-stocked( a very old non-stick pan was the only minus). The toaster was excellent, perfectly browning the bread evenly-unlike my toaster at home! Carlos had plenty of soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies etc. He immediately brought a high chair to us when we discovered that there wasn't one in the home. The layout of the bedrooms is good as they are all separated from each other. The house was perhaps a bit dark but in the hot summer months this would be a benefit. Overall I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home
Had all the things needed for a vacation including grill and charcoal, kitchen appliances that could be for all occasions and washer/dryer included. Plenty of space and the bedrooms were comfortable. Great communication and fast responses.

Great family vacation home
Lots of room for family gathering. Large family room, dining room and kitchen. All the necessities provided. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plenty of room for get together or seclusion. Large back patio with grill, table with chairs and good size back yard.
Nice neighborhood close to shopping, Fiesta Texas and family.
Price very reasonable, a whole house for the price of a hotel room.

We enjoyed the home, amenities, and it’s location!
We enjoyed spending our son Air Force Graduation weekend at this Home. It wasn’t too far from the base. It had room for the whole family! It was located by grocery stores, department stores, and many different restaurant options!
Carlos was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls!
