We had a lovely stay in this charming and authentic older house. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little touches. Having coffee, drinks and some snacks ready in the room was a lovely surprise. The microwave, fridge and dishes were also very convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. The parking in front of the house is very convenient.
The hosts were very kind, friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the personal attention and hospitality.
It was also very good value for money, especially considering the spacious room, the facilities and the warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again!
A few small things could perhaps be improved. Sharing the bathroom with other guests was not a problem for us at all. The bathroom and entrance could perhaps benefit from a little refresh, but they also add to the charm and character of this authentic old house, so it did not bother us during our stay.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.
I felt micromanaged while I was staying on the property. Owner had an issue with me leaving the lights on in the laundry area while I was using the washer and dryer for an hour and a half. I was asked to make sure I keep turning them off each time. I was then messaged after I checked out only asking if I left through the front door, absolutely no mention about hoping that I enjoyed my stay, which is very unusual.. I was only at the property for less than 12 hours but didn't feel welcome. You are also are sharing the space, more specifically the bathroom and laundry area, with long-term tenants who live on the same floor.
