Nestled in Cape Coral, this lovely house for $493 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to the Perfect Cape Getaway! This fantastic home has just been added to the rental market and is a rare find in Cape Coral! This villa has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests. View the awesome sunsets out by the pool or on the large dock with this home’s western rear exposure, while enjoying the comfortable, new upscale furnishings. This Getaway retreat is a boater’s dream, with its quick sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 master suites. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master on the first floor has king-size bed and a pool bath. The remaining bedrooms have a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a bunk room with 4 beds, perfect for the extended family. The 2nd floor features the 2nd master with a king bed and a balcony overlooking the extra wide canal. There is an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with twin beds as well. All bedrooms have new bedding and upgraded linens! The electric heated pool is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, boating, golfing, fishing or enjoying other nearby activities the Cape has to offer. The Kitchen has been fully stocked with all the modern conveniences of home and everything the family chef will need while on vacation. The 2 car garage and circular driveway offer plenty of parking. This villa is located in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood that is close to restaurants and shops.

Everything was great and as advertised. The only issue we had was that the pool heater wasn't working properly, so it was too cold to enjoy. However, as soon as the owner found out, she contacted me and offered to refund us $250 without us even asking for anything which was nice.

The house had everything you would would need and then some. Really a great place to stay with family or friends. There was something for every age group to enjoy!

This was the first time we were able to bring all of our kids together for a family vacation. We contacted the owner and host several times to ask questions about the property and they were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our choice to stay at this property. The 6 bedrooms, pool, large kitchen, kayaks and beautiful view really made our stay memorable. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other posts, the kitchen is in desperate need of an update and communication from the property manager were hit and miss. The property itself is nice and the kids had fun. We fit two families totaling 4 adults and 5 kids and had room for probably a third family of similar size. It also appears the owners have read previous reviews because they did have roku in every room, which made streaming for the kids awesome when they were winding down from a day at the beach or pool time. It’s close to main shopping areas as well, which made grocery runs convenient. It was great to be able to use the kayaks and they have a healthy supply of beach towels and toys. It would have been nice if some of the usual hotel amenities like shampoo/conditioner/soap were supplied, but not a big deal. It was nice to have on-site laundry as well, but the dryer took several cycles to actually dry a load of clothes.

This property was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while on vacation. About 30-45 minute drive to airport, many beaches, downtown Fort Myers, etc. Grocery store and coffee shop within 10 mins. Lots of good restaurants in a 15-30 min drive as well. We appreciated using the kayaks, pool(daily), grill, sand toys and beach chairs. The kitchen has newer appliances, but the rest of it is a little outdated. It did serve the purpose for our cooking needs. Nice neighborhood. If I had to find something to complain about - the house was clean in general, but could have used a deep clean prior to our arrival (dust on surfaces, dead bugs & spider webs in corners and by window & door frames, etc). Also, the black easy chairs sit way too low to the ground and are not comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. Perhaps a set of recliners would be a better option, especially for the older population who might stay there? If we ever come back to Cape Coral, we would stay at this property again!

My family rented this home for a short beach getaway and absolutely loved it.. The house has plenty of space, with the rooms being spread out amongst the home, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. My family rented this home for a short beach getaway and absolutely loved it.. The house has plenty of space, with the rooms being spread out amongst the home, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. This home is beautiful and spacious enough to accommodate my large group. The view is beautiful.
There were plenty of pool toys for the kids, kayaks for the adults, and a kitchen with everything you need for a large family meal.
I would absolutely recommend staying here.
