Located in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $697 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Top location on Wrightsville Beach for a family beach and boat vacation on quiet, peaceful South Lumina. Amazing ocean and sound views from 4 decks. The beach access is a 5 minute walk down the street, and the house also has a private, calm beach at the sound side dock with your deep-water boat slip and gazebo on Banks Channel. The dock is a great spot for the kids to fish! South Lumina is a one-way, slow-moving, minimal traffic street – likely more runners and bikers than cars, and no public parking. Stunning ocean sunrises. Afternoon and evening ocean-side gatherings on the huge deck are comfortable in the shade - sunglasses not needed! This open floor plan is perfect for large families and entertaining, and has ocean views from almost every room. Don’t worry about hauling in your Keurig – we’ve got that! 4 Hi-Def flat screen TV’s. Elevator, whirlpool tub and outdoor shower. 3-car garage and total parking for 6 or more cars. The Oceanic Restaurant and ocean pier is a 3-minute walk from your front door. Fantastic property exactly as advertised. Lots of beach toys including two wagons which came in very handy.had access to a dock which was a great surprise. Advertise for 13 people but only had like 8 forks and no extra toilet paper. Pillows pretty flat. Really minor minor minor points. Would stay here again was a fantastic location tons of room lots of beds great common areas

This was our 7th straight year vacationing for a week in this wonderful house. We've always loved it for many reasons, including its spaciousness, wonderful views, its access to the beach and the channel. Beach access was made more difficult this year by some beach front neighbors blocking long-used paths. We need to improve this.

We LOVE this house. It is spacious, nicely furnished, lots of parking, beautiful decks on which to relax and view the area. It is near access to the beach (the Big Beach; the ocean) and also has a "little beach" on the Channel for the toddlers to enjoy with no waves. The gazebo on the Channel is perfect for sunset viewing at the end of the well-spent day.

It's perfect for our family, The only negative was a broken dishwasher for the entire week, despite efforts by maintenance and local appliance guys to fix it. Not good given heightened need for sanitation this year.

This home is perfect for a family that wants to be together at the beach and have access to both the ocean and the channel. Big kids can play in the waves and surf and little ones can enjoy the beach at the dock on the channel. Sunsets are great there for everyone, too. The deck is a wonderful place to gather and even eat dinner together. We love this home.

Great layout of a house. Large family room, den, dining area and kitchen are located between the bedroom floors. Top floor bedrooms have private decks with unobstructed views of the ocean and boats on the causeway. Long porch off main floor, with lots of rocking chairs, invites you to hours of rocking and conversation.

This home is a fantastic place to stay at the beach. The deck off the main floor is a wonderful place to congregate and share time with family. The channel "little beach" is great for small tykes with no waves to knock them down, while the older ones can go to the ocean side on a path just a couple doors down the street. Unit itself has everything you could need.
