Nestled in Sunriver, this attractive house for $638 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. IMPORTANT: Many homes advertised on this platform are NOT in Sunriver! Fortunately, our home and property are actually located in Sunriver. Beautifully designed for multi generational family vacations! The IDEAL HIGH DESERT GETAWAY! Over 3700 square foot lodge, built on four levels on one acre homesite IN SUNRIVER off Circle 6 between the Deschutes River and North Golf Course clubhouse and pool. Sunriver is hot, hot, hot! in the Summer months. Our house is equipped with Central AC. All Stainless Steel Appliances. Wide plank Oak Flooring on main. Our non-smoking home features an open floor plan with 16 foot vaulted hemlock ceilings, conveniently separating guests structurally, with a four-level design. Casablanca fans and skylights accent the great room, which is highlighted by a 12 foot Russian River rock fireplace hugged with a mantle of lodgepole pine and gold-plated glass doors. The fireplace burns gas and wood. We have a game room with slate pool table and 55" LG 4K WHD TV, a living room with 60" LG Smart TV, Bose, DVD and CD stereo and an extra large garage with ping pong, bikes and second refrigerator. We also have SHARC passes that are required in order to access new recreation facility. General Public not allowed entry to SHARC at this time. You will enjoy 1500 square feet of wraparound decks on two levels, partially covered by the roofline and containing new hot tub, three patio dining tables and six lounges. Well appointed kitchen with maple cabinets and eating bar. All Stainless Appliances. Double Oven! Dining room has 8 ft dining table with bench on one side for the kids. House is pure WiFi with all 6 flatscreens running cable and movie channels wirelessly. Bedrooms are master size. Beds are: King, King w/Queen Futon, King, King w/Built in Sleeping Loft for Two, & Bunkroom with five twins. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. Very comfortable living area as well as recreational fun - pool table and ping pong table and bikes. Very enjoyable place to stay.

We gathered our family together for the first time in over 2 years: 8 adults, 6 kids ages 1-7. The house was perfect for us: spacious, lovely, very well stocked. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, bikes and scooters, SHARC passes, decks and surrounding paths and river. It was a special time for us all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Melanie was very responsive to our needs. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils, pots/pans, etc to cook & serve a large family. The hot tub & the pool table room were used almost every night. Our biggest challenge was beds. The house was listed to sleep 18, we had 14 adults (only because one family of 4 couldn’t join us) and yet we did not have enough beds for everyone. You can’t expect 3 adults to sleep in the same bed. We also felt that some kind of zoned cooling system would be appropriate. The downstairs rooms were freezing, yet upstairs were warm at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this wonderful house, just be advised you can’t sleep 18 people here.

The house was clean and spacious for our family of 16. We had 10 adults and six kids ranging from 13 years to 9 months of age. Lots of activities within minutes of the house. Our family enjoyed the pool table, bikes (lots to choose from), large porch and hot tub. The house was stocked with plenty of bath towels and dishes for cooking and meal times. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

The house was great and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Decks are awesome, beds were very comfortable. Great hot tub. Kids and adults had a lot of fun with the pool table and ping pong. Bikes are in okay shape - they did the job. Very comfortable house and Sunriver is so much fun!

We rented this house to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday with a couple of her friends. It's a gorgeous house with a really fun layout. They loved the pool table, hot tub, SHARC passes and little tucked away bedroom up on the top floor. They also took advantage of the bikes in the garage (there are quite a few) and took a short bike ride. The area seemed like a nice quiet spot, however the weather was quite cold while we were there so wasn't a lot of outdoor activity going on. A couple things I'd point out...the house is at the northern end of Sunriver so getting to the pool or shopping area is about a 10 minute drive. Also, I'd guess it was built in the late 80's so it's showing it's age a bit (cabinets in rough shape, 'interesting' flooring in the bathrooms, etc) but not so much that it was any big deal. Overall, this was a great house with a great owner and we'd definitely rent it again!

We rented this house for our youth group and adult leaders. House had good youth areas. Hot tub was not hot (86 degrees), so they couldn't really use it. Bikes were not all working. That said the kitchen and grill were just what was needed. We brought sleeping bags and with that and the many rooms it was perfect size. A full week after the manager sent me a photo of one carpet stain 4x5 inches for which she charged an additional cleaning fee, for which she could purchase a spot cleaning machine from Amazon. She didn't indicate they'd made any effort to spot clean it, and was very short with me that I asked her any questions about it. She also said that there were some stains on the back stairs, but refused to provide photos, and told me we were "lucky" to get the photo we got. Our leaders were very responsible and did a walk-thru. Yes, the one stain was missed, but I feel like this is the old "burned a hole in the carpet" ploy to get more money. Totally unreasonable charge for what I was shown. We'll rent elsewhere next time.

I have rented many vacation rentals across many states and have never experience a host with such a lack of professionalism and impulse control. Our experience was going mostly well until the host confused a trailer part for a screen door and threw an absolute temper tantrum resulting in our whole group being forced to leave the mountain early as she threatened to evict all of us instantaneously. This resulted in hundreds if not thousands of dollars lost on lift tickets and gear rentals, in addition to the loss of time together on the mountain. What followed was a multitude of threats based on a complete lack of rational thought and action. When the police were called to the house to “remove all of our things,” we were allowed to stay as we had not violated the contract and immediate eviction was not only not allowed, but also not warranted. Even after this we still received extreme passive aggression and a continued lack of professionalism. The morning of checkout as we were packing up we noticed someone who we can assume to be either the owner or a friend of hers filming us, well before the checkout time, presumably in an attempt to further verbally assault us and make unsubstantiated claims.

We had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect fit four our family. We total 15. Our grandchildren are from 13-3. We all did a river float, road bikes, played games and had a great time. The Shark was open but we chose not to use it due to COVID. The house provided everything we needed and communication with the owner was excellent. We hope to return!

The kitchen, living area, and outside balcony area provide a nice continuous space to have all family members in view and within talking distance. The home was very well stocked with kitchenware and serving items. Working with Melanie was a delight.

We had a small family reunion of sorts and this house fit the bill. Large to accommodate us as well as a very well equipped kitchen. (That’s often hard to find). Large TVs and comfortable beds and given the hot weather during our visit the AC was very welcome.
Only criticism is that since the house is so large it could benefit from having some WiFi extenders to amplify the signal. If you got too far from the router the signal was lost (upper level and deck). Also several of the bikes had loose chains and resulted in them falling off. Not a huge deal just an annoyance while riding.
Otherwise I would recommend and stay again 😀

Great place to stay. We have a large family; there were 14 of us ages 9 month to 69 years. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and pingpong enjoyed by all. We walked, biked, swam, kayaked and my favorite, sitting on the deck reading. Owner very responsive answering questions. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our three families! Layout with the “kids beds” and pool table upstairs were great!! Beautiful deck, just wished it was warmer so we could have enjoyed more time on it! The kids had a blast with all the bikes and trails around the house! The owner was immediate with any response! Overall, the house was really great for a larger group and we would rent again. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and everyone was comfortable. The game room was great and a hit with the kids. The fireplace was also awesome, and there was plenty of dry wood in the garage. The only slight issue we had was that it seemed a bit short on supplies (we needed to buy extra dishwasher detergent, etc). We didn't end up using the hot tub, the cover seemed quite old and was saturated with water making it hard to lift and it was also shedding material into the water.

Giant home for big families or multiple families. Really well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to the river. Older home that needs some upgrading. Carpets need cleaning or replacement. Dishwasher wouldn’t latch, large burner on range isn’t working right. Front door hard to open. A lot of small items that make this house over priced.

Just seeing the photos of Sarazen, on their website and in our photo albums makes me HAPPY! Love this place... the location, the amenities, the surroundings, the comfort and also all that's available within a short driving distance to make this THE place to plan for vacation! First of all, the home is so beautiful appointed - from furniture to linens to dishes and glassware to the bikes in the garage - all planned with OUR fun and comfort in mind. THANK YOU, Sarazen! Thank you for the use of your home we enjoyed our stay and found everything that we needed it was relaxing and the location was great. It was nice sitting on the deck watching the deer outside and being in walking distance of the river.

Staring with the positives, my family had 17 (15 older children/adults and 2 infants) of us and we really enjoyed staying at this house! The layout was great, we never felt with such a large group crowded at all. I would say that we couldn't fit one more person in the house. The younger kids loved the cute cubby in one of the rooms. The garage was full of bikes, ping pong table and foosball table! And the pool table was great. Outdoor living space was absolutely fantastic! Lots of deck with tables and chairs. The second refrigerator was so handy to have!
The things that I wished were better were that there wasn't enough toiletries for everyone. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. There also wasn't enough things like olive oil, salt and pepper and plastic bags. The other thing was that it wasn't made clear by pictures or description that one of the master bedroom is attached to the room with the twin beds. So there wasn't any privacy for those people as in order to get into the room with the twin beds, you have to walk through the room with a king bed.
Also one of the owners stopped by to tell us not to park on the grass and was a little rude about it..
All in all, it was a nice house. I think the owners could do a couple of things to improve the stay for guests but it was a solid choice!

Everything you need for a great summer trip. My family has 8 adults, and 6 children, and every one of us had a comfy sleeping spot. AC works great, which is key during the summer months. Plenty of games and fun stuff to do inside the house. SHARC passes for pooltime are fantastic. This place is fantastic.

This is an opportunity to stay at a great private home, right in the middle of one of the best resorts in the Northwest!! There is nothing missing in up-to-date amenities here. It is perfect for family reunions or groups, with plenty of room for all ages, while at the same time is large enough to allow for privacy of individual guests. The outdoor options for dining, relaxing on the spacious decks, or soaking in the jacuzzi are great in the natural forest setting, while recreation activities nearby are unlimited. Our photos, for example, of our bike ride along the Dechutes River, with a view of Mt. bachelor, look like they came from a postcard! Highly recommend this property that has something for everyone!!

Our family (three generations, including elderly parents and small children) had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Sunriver home. First of all, access was great for parents with walking difficulties, as was the home's layout. Secondly, both indoor and outdoor living amenities meant that we could all enjoy the home throughout the day. Plenty of beds and bedrooms (with bathrooms) for all the couples. The large harvest table with benches meant we could all eat breakfast together. For those of us old enough and steady enough :-) the home has bikes and other activities available. We took in SHARC and had a blast! We did enjoy the home in the beautiful weather, but the location was such that we wouldn't hesitate to book it in the Winter and enjoy Mt. Bachelor! Highly Recommend!!
