LINENS AND DEPARTURE CLEANING ARE INCLUDED!!!!! NO RESERVATION FEE!!!! Ocean Shores is a small spotless complex of condominiums located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Nice furnishings and plenty of windows encourage the oceanfront views and sun to come on in at Ocean Shores 306. This terrific, top-floor, three-bedroom vacation rental has two full baths, can accommodate ten people and is direct oceanfront. The well-equipped kitchen is most convenient, and the never-ending views from the oceanfront over-sized balcony are divine. Amenities at this North Myrtle Beach rental include wireless internet access, large flat screen Smart TV, three additional flat screen televisions, VHS/DVD player plus a CD/Stereo. Remolded in April 2023 upgraded dishwasher and a new washing machine and clothes dryer are also an added convenience. Walk everywhere - Ocean Drive's famous Main Street, home of “Fat Harold’s, the “Shag” and S.O.S. Festivals, is just a few steps away with shops, restaurants and beach music awaiting to delight. This Condo was a very nice, spacious, and the location is great! The owners were very nice. They even checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed while we were there. The ocean front view was simply gorgeous! The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time making sweet memories with our precious family!

First time visiting North Myrtle in quite a while. Loved the location! Beach, shops, and restaurants were easily within walking distance. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Owners provided clear instructions on how everything worked. The week we were there it was pretty quiet at the condo. Overall, great experience!

The Pennington’s place was exactly as advertised. Quaint and homey and perfect location to everything. It had everything we needed to cook full meals and we could walk to restaurants as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others

Overall a fantastic stay. amazing location right on the beach and a 1/2 block from the shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and updated. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need for cooking.
We only had 2 issues. There wasnt any toilet paper provided. After driving 15 hours, we had to get back in the car and go out to the nearest grocery store to buy some. Also, the queen mattress has a "hole" or soft spot. We had to shuffle around sleeping assignments as you really couldnt sleep on that side of the bed.

This is exactly what we needed. The closeness to the beach was perfect. The interior of the condo was homey, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The owners Kelly and James were wonderful / friendly to work with / communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was nice that our older kids could go out to the beach on their own or out on the street to enjoy grabbing somethng to eat, ice cream and shirt shops.

I gathered my children and grandchildren together and found this hidden treasure in your condo! There was so much room for the size of our party, the pool, the access to the beach, the large amount of stores and places to eat at within walking distance of our room. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place to relax and have good family fun! May I also add that every time I had a question regarding ANYTHING about the residence James and Kelly responded back immediately or witching a very short time. This vacation has got to be the best one yet for our memory books. Would not hesitate to rent from the Penningtons again.

Great location and roomy
We had a great stay. The condo was very spacious and right on the beach. Lots of things to do nearby. We loved the shops, restaurants, and bars that were across the street. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Bring beach towels and chairs if you need them. Other than that everything is provided. Very easy to get ahold of the owners at any time. We will definitely be back!

Well lived-in condo with very homey feel and well stocked with all the essentials. Within short walking distance of local attractions and places to eat. Direct view of the ocean from the condo. On the third floor and you will get some exercise climbing the stairs - no elevator. But has the advantage of being a small building and was very quiet.

Property was exactly as portrayed in photos and description and reviews. Small building, which was nice as it was not overcrowded and allowed for privacy and more room within pool and beachfront area. Condo was nice, cozy, and left a homelike feel and had kitchen utensils and laundry amenities available that made the stay very easy and enjoyable! Kelly & James were extremely communicative and were very diligent and informative when providing information, when we had questions, and when we brought up any concerns, so it was a pleasure working with them! My family and I were very happy with our stay and said many times we were pleased with our selection! My only minor issues with our stay would be that when we arrived the hallway staircases and carpeted hallways had a trail of reddish "berry" spread as if someone had dragged their garbage throughout the place while bringing out to the parking lot to throw away, as well as a few dirtyish looking hallway doorways, which made it feel a little icky bringing and carrying in all of our luggage and items to the condo at first. This has nothing to do with Kelly or James, and was picked up by the next day, but it just led with a not so great first impression. Also, our shared bathroom in the condo didn't seem as sparkling clean as I would have hoped as there was dark grout and rust stains in the bathtub and seemed as though toilet and floor and such had not been thoroughly wiped down and deeply cleaned before we came, but it was clean enough to feel okay with using and not to make any complaints. Just may be more of an outdated issue than anything. We did vacation with three older family members, so having to walk up and down 3 flights multiple times a day without having an elevator, especially for unpacking and pack up time, was a bit of an inconvenience, but this is well described and explained within the listing as well as the reviews, so nothing we weren't already expecting and prepared for. Hopefully if the building ever goes through any renovations or updating in the future, they consider an elevator in their plans. As a positive, the resort is located very closely to the beach, Main Street and many shops, ice cream parlors, arcades, restaurants and bars, as well as only a few minute drive to many shopping outlets, grocery stores, and many places of entertainment (mini golf, etc.), so very impressed with location as we rarely had to go very far to do what we needed to do! Overall, very happy

Our stay was good at this condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Our teenage boys appreciated having their own separate beds. We had 6 people stay here for a week, it was nice to have 3 bedrooms. We were nervous that we would be to close to the noise on the strip, but it was great. Very convenient location, kids liked being able to go to shops and arcade by themselves during the day. Music and bars were not an issue at all. Would definitely stay at this location again. Pool was never too full, but could use a vacuum more often. But water was still clear and refreshing.
