Nearly 800 square foot private balcony that opens from living room to overlook the Gulf of Mexico and a pool right on the beach as well (also features an indoor pool and hot tub). Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room with cable. wifi Internet access available also. Newly renovated fitness center with all new equipment and showers.

We absolutely loved this condo! We have stayed at several different ones in Perdido Sun and this one is our new favorite. The views were phenomenal off the balcony! We will definitely be back!

Condo was just as advertised. Check in was super easy and plenty of parking. It was perfect for my little family. 2 adults and a 6 year old. The balcony was the star of the show! Our little one got sick two of the days and we were still able to go out on the balcony and lay out in the sun without having to take turns in the condo with him. Kitchen was fully stocked as far as utensils, pots, pans, dishes. Only complaint is the pull out sofa. It was kind of hard and didn’t lay entirely flat. For the 6 year old it was fine but I couldn’t imagine adults sleeping on it. We loved the location and are already looking for dates for next year.

The view was beautiful and the the condo was clean. It felt like a home away from home. Absolutely loved it!

We definitely loved the location and views , we had a great time just hanging out on the deck . Would definitely recommend it to anyone, but the bed was tough. We were sore in the mornings . We also thought about sleeping on the pull out couch, but it was 5 times tougher than the bedroom bed . We had a great time with the condo .
