Nestled in Ocean Beach, this lovely condo for $342 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Spend your Vacation at our Lovely Beach Front property, located near all major San Diego Attractions. Just a few steps away from the beach and a few short blocks away from tide pools. Sit on the patio, relax in the living room or bedroom to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in California. In the spring and fall, whales migrate just beyond the end of the local Ocean Beach Pier. Experience fun San Diego activities such as biking alongside the beach, sailing, skating, swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, and golfing. Visit San Diego amusement parks, museums, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town and much more. San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Lego-land, are just a few of the major attractions San Diego offers. A short drive takes you to Indian Gaming and Outlet Malls, further on to Scenic Mountains, and if you desire more adventure, the beautiful Anza Borrego Desert. This property is fully furnished and includes all linens. This property was recently remodeled and decorated. Everything in this property was recently purchased. The property has two master bedrooms each with Luxury queen-size beds. Two full bathrooms, one which includes a Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore, one Luxury queen Sofa bed and also a convertible mattress. This luxury property can sleep up to 8 people. There is a full kitchen and which includes cookware and dishes. The property has one reserved parking spot, but because of our excellent location finding parking on the street should not be an issue. “Non-Smoking” -Two Cable TV’s, DVD, Fast Internet Access, Dishwasher, Microwave, Community Washer/Dryer. It is a first-floor condo with Private Patio with Great Ocean Views. Shared Patio with BBQ. Payment Options: Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money Order. A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees. A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition. A $500 deposit and a return of the rental agreement is required upon booking. Late payments will be assessed a surcharge of $100. For cancellation earlier than one calendar month before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

My family and I came down to San Diego to visit for the weekend. We loved the walk along the ocean. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Check in process was super simple house was clean.

I wanted a 2 bed/2 bath property with a great ocean view for a special birthday celebration, and this fit the bill perfectly. Watching the surf, the surfers, pelicans, and sunsets was just magical. Plus it’s convenient to many San Diego attractions.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was clean, well cared for and offered a phenomenal view of the sunset each evening. Enough space for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, including boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. It’s in a very quiet and safe area, yet within 15 - 20 minutes of everything you’d want to see in the San Diego area. Would definitely stay again!

We had my parents as well as our two kids for a week and had a wonderful stay. The condo was impeccably clean, comfortable and has everything you need any then some! Dean was immediately responsive to an inquiry prior to our stay which was very much appreciated. The condo is a 10 min walk from the shops, restaurants and beach at OB and a quick drive to the SD attractions. We loved that it was a quieter, neighborhood location but right on the water. We would certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We'd like to recommend curtains for the balcony door. The sun kept us from watching TV and when you pull the shade down you cannot access the balcony. The place was very clean and comfortable. The property grounds were not manicured very well and the building needs numerous repairs, including stability renovations.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. There were coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, beach toys, etc. so we really did not need to get anything. The balcony view is incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. It also was in such a great location for us as most of the places we wanted to visit were a 20 minute or less drive. It’s also easy to walk into Ocean Beach for the shops and restaurants. Dean was very easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this property!

The stay here was amazing, more than what we expected. The condo was extremely clean and in a very convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and exploring. For anything not within walking distance we were able to rent bikes or call a Lyft. Watching the sunset from the balcony was the best experience along with watching surfers and listening to the ocean. We will be back, thank you!

It was a very nice place. Beautiful views very relaxing. Loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. We didn't get to spend much time at the condo, but the time we did spent was very nice.

There were 7 of us doing our annual "girl's trip" and this place did not disappoint. We were very impressed by how clean the place was. Oh, and listening to the waves crash on the rocks every night was awesome too! It has everything you need, except could have had a few more beach chairs. Other than that, it was perfect!!!

This property was perfect for our needs. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of our balcony. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of towels and supplies. Washer/dryer in the unit. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Sunset Cliffs. Tidepools to explore at low tide right below the building. Very clean and everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this rental.

Condo is in a good location with cliff front view of ocean. Fun to watch surfers all the time. Clean & well supplied kitchen. Building a little dated but seems to be norm for the area. Great set up for two couples.

Other than the heavy footed neighbors above, it’s a quiet community that is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Outstanding view of the ocean. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Perfect stay!
We loved Dean's place and highly recommend it. It was incredibly clean, had amazing views of the ocean, and we loved just leaving the patio door open and listening to the waves. Ocean Beach is a fun community, lots of great beaches (especially the dog beach) and this place is very close to other seaside communities like Pacific Beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. I highly recommend it and we'll be back when we can!
