This home was perfect for our week after Christmas/NYE vacay. We had 3 families in our group, 11 people total. The home was very clean and well stocked. It is the perfect location within Watercolor- short walks or a bike ride (whichever you prefer) to Camp Watercolor, Watercolor Beach Club, or Seaside! We have stayed at many places along 30A but never Watercolor- we will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay in Watercolor!! Our family - 11 of us - have been coming here for over 5 years and have always enjoyed. Seaside is a great place to go - lots to do - and our rental was within walking distance.

My issue with our stay was not so much with the property as it was with 360 Blue. Our cable/internet went out within 24 hours of us arriving and was not restored until 5 days later (about 12 hours before we were to leave). Our biggest complaint is the way that 360 Blue's staff handled the issue. Had we not contacted them NUMEROUS times, the cable and internet would not have been restored at all. Additionally, we stayed at one of their properties in April and had a similar issue with their lack of "follow-up" customer service. I completely understand that they have no control over when Mediacom comes out, etc, but they have FULL control over how their staff interacts and follows-up with renters and in that regard they have FAILED MISERABLY. We have been staying in Seaside and Watercolor for over 20 years and I will NEVER stay in Watercolor again nor will I rent from 360 Blue again and this saddens me because the Watercolor community is a beautiful community.

Our family of 11 had the best trip! We loved the house! The main thing I would recommend for the owners is to furnish a dvd/blue ray player in the house for movies. We called 360 blue and asked for one to use which they supplied. Also we had a really hard time trying to use the internet. It was hit or miss. I never could get reception unless I was at the beach! Oh and the king bed in the guest cottage is very uncomfortable. Other than those few things we really loved the house!

We had a fabulous stay and love the 30A area and Watercolor in particular. The wifi and network in the area drastically affected our stay- We had 6 professional adults staying and business doesn't stop these days... Having a good wifi connection is critical and we had to go see wifi in 30A outside of the house just to conduct basic business. A real disappointment. The property is great- only thing I would say is that full length mirrors and some more hooks to hang stuff would be a great addition.

What a house .. What a stay .. I must have called every day for something and they never disappointed. We fished .. And then had a private chef dinner to eat what we caught and finish the week .. This house is 8 mins from everywhere .. Sea side .. WC resort .. Beach entrance .. West lake .. Only downside is cell reception is poor and Internet in this was really spotty .. Would use 360Blue Again for sure

A beautiful home for our family reunion. The house was perfect for every activity we attempted. Only a 3 minute walk to Seaside and a 5 minute walk to Watercolor beach. All the amenities were very nice and we will try to come back to 746 soon.

We had a great time and loved everything about the house except the internet, which kept kicking us off. The house was very comfortable and perfect for our kids and their families. We would definitely stay there again! The carriage house is also a definite plus and a great place for a family with infants so they can get away for quiet nap times! A great time was had by all 11 of us!
