About this house rental
Located in Seaside, this charming house for $899 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Watercolor at Seaside!! The Ward family's home away from home in sunny WaterColor. This 2800 sq ft 3 bedroom + bunk room / 4.5 bath home is located in Phase I of WaterColor directly behind Seaside and adjacent to the WaterColor tennis facility. It includes 3 large bedrooms with King size beds (plus daybed in Master), a bunk area that sleeps 6, teen lounge, spacious kitchen/great room on 1st floor, screened dining porch, and back porch. High speed internet service is provided free of charge. There are 5 TV, DVDs, Original X-Box etc. Enjoy close proximity to the beach, 4 pools (2 are heated) , BeachClub, restaurants including the Fish out of Water Restaurant and Sushi Bar, a wine market/cafe, tennis (including 5 Har-Tru courts-court fees apply), and boutiques. A Publix grocery store is located on-site. OUR CALENDAR IS KEPT UP TO DATE. Posted rates include WaterColor Beach Club wristbands. Please note that wristbands are required for all guests age 5 or older. A maximum of 12 access bands are available. The number supplied is based on the number of people in your reservation. No smoking or vaping and no pets.

We have been vacationing in Seaside/Watercolor the past five Summers, and this home is by far our favorite. The location can’t be beat, and the house is so clean and welcoming. Ann was so responsive and made sure everything was ready before we arrived. We will definitely be back

We couldn't have asked for a better location, house or host. Every detail of the home was perfect and you could tell the host went to great measures to make sure of it. We've rented several houses in the past but never a place where it truly felt like a home and not a rental.
The kitchen couldn't have been more well-stocked - it had everything we needed and more! There were extra pillows and blankets, chairs and a wagon to take to the beach, and a library of books. I could go on and on. The host, Ann, was a delight and handled any question we had cheerfully and promptly. It is the only property I've ever taken the time to review and was by far the best home we've ever stayed in. I'm already looking forward to our next stay here!

We stayed her for Spring Break with 7 teen girls and 3 moms. Chose the house because of the location and the number of rooms. Each adult had her own master suite and shared the bathrooms with their daughters. There was also a powder bath and hallway bath. The teens slept in the bunk room and the teen lounge. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The size was perfect for us and we loved the roominess of the kitchen and family room. From the back porch we walked a path that led straight to the Seaside shops within a couple of minutes. We were also close to the Water Color Beach access and either walked or rode bikes to the beach.
The landlord was easily reached by text with questions and luckily we did not have any problems while there. Highly recommend this house!

Wayward Sun is a wonderful property. Great location, close to Seaside and other amenities. House was roomy enough for our family of 10. Loved sitting on porch in early morning, listening to the birds sing and watching the squirrels play.

This is a lovely property that is so serene and quiet. The home is absolutely first class and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and convenient. Loved staying here and would definitely return. Immaculately kept!

We've stayed in Watercolor/Seaside for many years and each year at a different property. Wayward Sun is near the top of the list of properties we've stayed at. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The home itself has a very good layout for a 2 family stay (we had 9 total with 5 teenagers) and is in good condition. The real draw of Wayward Sun, and maybe most importantly, is the location. It's tucked back in a back ally and while it is Watercolor, it's a 5 minute walk from Seaside square. The WC tennis courts and Seaside church are steps off the back porch in fact (a very short walk through a beautiful wooded area). It's a short bike ride to the beach/WC Club/Boathouse also. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and I'll be looking to see if it's available when we revisit WC/Seaside again.

The home is perfectly located and the rooms and exterior are smartly furnished with conversation and play areas. It was easy to communicate with Ann who manages her home. The watercolor amenities were close by and we had a short cute directly into Seaside as well. Great family home! Very cozy and well stocked.

The house is in an ideal location to walk to town or take 5 minute bike ride to the pools/beach. It was located on a private drive with a cut through path to town. There was plenty of space and the house was extremely clean. I highly recommend!

The house was great, all the amenities you could want. Wifi was good, appliances were modern, bedding was comfortable. Location was superb, could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend the house to anyone going down that way

Paradise in Watercolor
After a long, delay filled day of travel, walking into this house instantly lifted our spirits. The home is even better in person than depicted online. It is spacious and charming, filled with many little touches that really make it a special place. The amenities of Watercolor can't be beat, the ocean front beach club was our favorite. The location being a quick walk to the town center of Seaside an added bonus. Hope to return again soon!
