Nestled in Pass-a-Grille, this lovely condo for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets enjoyed from the large, shared balcony. Located in beautiful Pass-A-Grille on St Pete Beach. About 30 miles southwest of Tampa. Newly remodeled, tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your vacation pleasure, studio apartment with queen-size bed. Enjoy incredible white-sand beach - perfect for beach walking and shelling or just working on a great tan, watching the pelicans diving into the water for food, and the dolphins playing (that is about as tough as it gets). Within a one-and-one-half block area we have several restaurants. The Tampa Airport shuttle comes to our doorway for pickup and delivery. Our balcony is a great place to kick back, relax, de-stress, and watch the water float by. So bring your beverage of choice and come join us for lounging, grilling, and watching the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. p.s. fishing is available 24/7 from the sea wall on Pass-A-Grille Way (1 block east of the Condo)and the Jetty on the Gulf of Mexico is 6 blocks south from the Condo. Also Merry Pier does provide deep sea fishing. Across from Merry Pier is the SeaHorse Restaurant who has the best grits this side of the Mississippi! The good. Location is great. Loved the beach because I like to shell and I like old style Florida. The building was kind of neat because of the old Florida charm. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great! However, the description that was on vrbo said recently updated and stylishly decorated and that was further from the truth. The unit was old old old, the queen size bed advertised was a Murphy bed. The pillows and blankets were of lowest quality and the two recliner chairs in the unit had hand towels coving the arms of the chair. The rest of the furniture was random folding chairs, and old old looking shelves. The liners in the drawers where my clothes went need to be replaced, one of the shelves in a plastic shelf in the closet where my husband put his clothes was dirty and the unit had a damp smell. There is one window that looks out at the common outside patio. The others very small windows were in the back giving no light and can’t see out of them because they were crank out. The bathroom is old. The shower fixtures were rusty and the tub was much smaller than a regular shower. The towels for the shower were cheap and stained. We stayed one night in which we woke up damp and sweaty because the air stopped working, but then started working again. It could have been what we set it on. The next day, we checked in and paid for another hotel. I tried emailing the owner 3 times but it kept saying invalid. The unit next door was updated with white tile and granite counters, etc. that’s what I call updated. I feel bad saying all of this, but i was so anxious about this space, I didn’t care if we had to spend double the money to stay somewhere else. If the owner doesn’t really update this unit and buy some new essentials like good towels, blankets, etc. they need to lower the price and change the wording of the description. Make sure you see the pictures. Don’t just go by the description. When I looked at this building in vrbo, there were several units and I thought it was a different one. I contacted Vrbo when we returned but they said that there was nothing they could do. I messaged the owner again hoping I could talk to her, but no reply. So my review is all I can do. We travel a lot. We usually stay in holiday inn level hotels— nothing fancy. Other people gave good reviews. Their expectations must be very low.

Every thing you need in the best location in Pass a Grille. Just right for 2 to enjoy a week at the beach. The balcony is great for watching sunsets and the location is convenient for everything with an includes parking pass. Highly recommend.

It was a great location. Cute clean unit right across the street from the beach. There were great quality beach chairs and umbrellas that belonged to the unit. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved the vibe of the neighbourhood.

Our trip was incredible. The beach is just outside the studio door, 15 steps to the shared balcony and right across the parking lot when you want to go. There are restaurants, coffee shops, local owned beach shops, a beach grill cafe with occasional live music and much much more, all next door and within walking distance. The ferry to an amazing (affordable) experience at Shell Key Island is just at the end of the avenue. The host was excellent at communicating and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for just my partner and I. Everything you need for a perfect vacation or stay.

A stay at pass a grille, we went there not knowing what to expect we have never been to Pass A Grill and we never have been to that condominium, Gloria was a pleasure to deal with I somehow lost everything on my internet but we were able to work out everything very quickly on the day we were leaving, I will stay there again it was clean and it had everything you need to enjoy your stay, and the cleaning people were wonderful we enjoyed talking with them and they know how to clean, we will come back there again, if you want a enjoyable and relaxable week call Gloria

We rent via VRBO several times a year. Owner had the best communication! Property is as described and is in a great location with the beach across the street and a great deck for watching the sunset. Very laid back area which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise
Though we checked in just ahead of Hurricane Fred, the storm stayed away and some of the extra people so it was very quiet. Convenient to anywhere in Pass A Grille, even by walking. Fantastic beach and great beach necessities (chairs, umbrellas). We will return next month.

The property appears to be a former motel turned into 1 room condos…it was sufficient. The Murphy bed was a great space saver but not very comfortable. The AC unit fan/blower stopped working the first night. Started working the next day. Owner had AC company check it…couldn’t find anything wrong but said there was a timer set to change the air at night. AC was a problem every night but worked fine during the day. Location was fantastic! Several places to eat within 2 blocks. Met some great people while watching the sunset on the shared balcony. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were provided. Would rent again with a different bed and no AC issues. The owner Gloria was super nice and caring and really worked to get the AC taken care of.

Quiet, Clean and so Cute!
I loved staying here. The property is very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and mellow, considering it is right next door to a bar/grille, I was impressed! The unit itself is perfect for a couple or single on vacation. Gloria provides everything you'll need for the beach except sunscreen. I was so thankful I didn't have to worry about bringing an umbrella, chair or beach towel! You can make a full meal here if you like, everything is provided (utensils, appliances). Great price considering you are literally steps from the beach. I can't wait to come back.

I was looking for a cozy, quiet, low key place to stay and while searching online this studio kept popping up. With this being my "go-to" beach I decided to book without anymore hesitation. Gloria was very prompt with confirmation. Pack light (toiletries) and bring your groceries, she has what you need. Experience it for yourself.

I was looking for a cozy, quiet, low key place to stay and while searching online this studio kept popping up. With this being my "go-to" beach I decided to book without anymore hesitation. Great spot for quiet getaway
Small quaint condo for a single person or couple to enjoy a more laid back side of St Pete Beach! Great sunset spot! Very convenient to the beach and next door to The Brass Monkey, which has some good food and drinks in a friendly atmosphere.

little piece of paradise
Very nice and unexpected part of St Pete beach. One of the most beautiful beaches I have been to in the United States. A little busier than I would have liked but it was around Memorial Day weekend so probably to be expected. Laid back and not as commercial as other parts of St Pete. Condo was small but clean and tidy and had all of the necessities. When you are at the beach hopefully you aren't spending most of your time indoors so not a big deal for us. Gloria, property manager, was very nice and helpful!

Great little get away
Just had a nice relaxing 3 day weekend! The unit is super close to the beach and the best part is when you aren't on the beach, you can hang on the upper deck and enjoy the views. I took advantage of the deck alot. Early morning and sunset views were the best. She has great cookware, full size fridge, oven, etc. So you can bring your own food. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Thanks Gloria! Hope to see you again. I'd recommend your place to other locals.
