Located in South Forest Beach, this attractive condo for $368 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. New for 2023 - Freshly painted throughout, New Living room furniture along with a 65 inch smart TV, New lighting, New king bed set and bedding. Shorewood Villas is in the heart of South Forest Beach and a short stroll over to Coligny Plaza, where you can find shopping, dining, or maybe just some ice cream. Shorewood 437 has two full size baths, the master has a walk-in shower. There is a spacious living and dining area. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. Shorewood 437 has been decorated beautifully and has all of the comforts of home. Each bedroom has a large ceiling fan for those warm days. King in the master, 2 Twins in the 2nd plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Shorewood is a private gated community with a beautiful new zero entry swimming pool area. Shorewood's pool area includes bathrooms, hot tub, and a children's pool. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. There is both covered and uncovered parking plus stunning landscaped grounds. Shorewood is also within a short walk to the new Lowcountry Celebration Park just off of Pope Avenue which features a huge playground for kids.

First time in Hilton Head. Came with wife and 2 kids from college. Well maintained, clean condo with nice furniture. Great position of room with nice view to pool and ocean. Beach umbrella though small was very handy. Location was very close to cologny plaza with some restaurants, bars and shops. Whole family was happy with the experience.

My husband and I loved our stay, It was very clean!! The balcony provided a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The check in process was easy and communication was great. We let them know we would be a late check in and they accommodated us perfectly. The location was amazing. We could walk to coligny in less than 10 minutes. We also loved the pool! This was easily the nicest place we have stayed at on Hilton head island.

I have visited Hilton Head Island for 30 years and this was one of the best rentals. Very clean, recently updated apartment with ocean views.. Great location, basically on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza shopping & many restaurants. Enjoyed lunch at Jim’s Pool Bar and the live entertainment at the Tiki Hut. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo! Very clean and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony. Awesome beach and pool. Perfect place to relax. Also, it is located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bike trail and short drive to Tanger Shopping Center.

We had a wonderful time, and the condo was everything we hoped for. We did have a slight maintenance issue. The issue was out of anybody’s control and the management company and the owners were more than fair. We will definitely be coming back

This unit was very nice with the exception of the older carpet and the living room couch and chairs that need replaced or covered due to stains. Really brought our rating of this unit down from what could have been 5 star. Excellent customer service from Seashore Vacations.

The property we stayed at was great - it was nice to have everything we needed (washer/dryer) in one place and even nice to have a few extras - beach chairs, cooler, etc. I would suggest that the beach chairs, beach toys, etc. be replaced as they were rusty and dangerous to carry because they were falling apart. Still a nice addition to have and weren't expecting. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the condo when we walked in. There was sand on the table, on the floors, and all surfaces (end tables, kitchen table, kitchen counter) needed to be wiped off. Once reported, the cleaning crew did arrive the same day to make it right but walking into a place and feeling like it's dirty doesn't start the vacation off well. The couch had stains on it and felt like it wasn't clean to sit on either. We loved this location but not sure we'd return to this same rental. I would feel differently if we had walked into a clean unit.

It was a great experience. The rental was very clean and stocked well with what we needed to make meals at the rental and feel like we were at home. We loved the view and it had plenty of space for our family of four to relax and have our own space. We felt the pool and the beach area was very clean and not too crowded and it was a short walk from coligny which was nice.

Wonderful property
Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency, but the 5 days we stayed at the apartment were just wonderful.. great condo, beautifully furnished and the view can’t be beat... hope to return to Hilton head very soon and would 100% book here again...

Overall nice, but would have been better without all the construction noise below us.
Overall this place is very nice and property is clean and updated. We mostly enjoyed our stay except for the constant construction noises below us. We couldn’t really enjoy the outside patio area until late in the day and still heard the loud noise of power tools and banging throughout the day inside and with doors closed. :(

Immaculate property/Primo location
This property is gorgeous! The condo is located in a wonderful spot, overlooks the pool/courtyard area, with the ocean in view. Secure location, with ample parking.
Pool was heated (greatly appreciated) and the beach access boardwalks is in perfect condition.
We will definitely return to this beautiful condo, hopefully in the not too distant future! It is obvious that the owners care about their property, and that they greatly value their clientele.

The location alone was amazing. Condo is in gated community, just steps from Coligny, super clean pool and hot tub, and gated entry to beach. Great job by the custodial staff there...grounds were spotlessly clean! They did a great job especially considering there was some building maintenance/remodeling going on.
The condo itself was lovely and had a really good view. We were a little disappointed the A/C stopped working on our first night in the middle of the night, but the management was so fast in response to our request for repair, I really can't complain. Very impressed with the speed and professional response. Things break sometimes and we understand that. Still really recommend this home because of our good experience. I will definitely rent a property managed by Seashore again when traveling to Hilton Head.

Four days at the beach
Overall a good experience. Great place and beautiful job with decor. The cable tv experience was lacking. Remotes were confusing, volume did not work in living room and master bedroom had no normal channels we could find. No guides to help. Overall a great place with a great view.

Nice condo! Walk to beach and Coligny Plaza!
Overall, a very nice condo! Great location, fantastic pool and hot tub. Beautiful view! We loved being so close to Coligny Plaza. Condo was quiet, and we felt safe staying there with it being a gated community. Great place to stay for families with young kids. Loved our time there and HHI!
A few suggestions:
1. Add blackout curtains because the current drapes don't keep out sun/allow for privacy.
2. Update living room furniture. Sofa wasn't very comfortable.
3. Cleanliness could be improved. There was sand still in the bathroom and on countertops.
4. Beach umbrella needs to be replaced; it's partially broken.

Updated Unit in Nice Complex Nearby Coligny
This place was very nice. Good pool and great location by the beach. Somewhat crowded on the beach because near Coligny park public access. We have two teenagers who loved the location because they prefer nearby stores and restaurants to walk and bike. A little less congestion would have been preferable for us parents, however. Overall, good location, great value, great condo with good view of the ocean, and wonderful family vacation.
