About this house rental
Situated in Panama City Beach, this attractive house for $292 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Ideal location and cozy accommodations make our gulf-front vacation home the perfect place to stay for your upcoming visit to Panama City Beach! Our two-story townhouse is located right next to Pier Park, and across from an easily accessible public beach access point, making it convenient for anyone to bask in the sun on the sugar-white sands of Northwest Florida! You'll love this adorable ‘Totally Beachin’ home located at Summertowne Cottages. This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom beach house is beautifully decorated with funky beach decor to help liven up your spirit during your fabulous getaway to the beach! Our villa features tall ceilings, lots of windows and a spacious living room located on the second floor providing direct access to a spacious terrace and unsurpassed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both bedrooms are located downstairs, on the main level, and contain private bathrooms as well as flat screen televisions. The spacious master suite is furnished with a queen size bed and secluded access to the outdoor patio. The guest bedroom also features a queen size bed and plenty of privacy. A sleeper sofa is located upstairs in the living room, providing accommodations for 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. We have also provided a washing machine and dryer in the unit for ultimate convenience. There's even an outdoor shower for your use when you head back from the beach. Summertowne also offers a cool and inviting community pool when you ready for a quick dip. Right outside the door is a private driveway making it extra convenient to transport luggage, groceries and all the other essentials you brought from home! No need to deal with the hassle of parking garages or elevators like you would in those high-rise condo buildings; just walk right in! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We absolutely loved the location, we walked or rode bikes to just about everywhere we went, beach access just across the street and a quick walk to the pier & pier park
The only things we didn't like were that we weren't a fan of the kitchen being upstairs, and the beds were horrible (the cheap memory foam mattress's try to roll you out in the floor)

Rental and Cleaning fews are expensive you would think it would be clean. Floors dirty,dryer didn't dry, bathrooms look wiped down not cleaned. Mattresses need to be replaced.Needs some up keep done on it. Gave it 3 stars just because it was easy to get to beach amd peir park.

This property is at a great location, you literally walk across the street and you are at the beach. Great for families because it is close to everything, I recommend to everyone. The host is communicative and responds fast which we appreciated.

Leslie is a great host.
Of course, being so close to the beach was perfect. The house is set up with the bedrooms on the lower level and kitchen, dining and living room in the upper area.
When opening the balcony door we could look across the street to see the ever changing water!
As a special touch there is a nice basket up amenities in case we forgot something, things like Toothbrush, nail polish remover, etc…. small things that may have been forgotten during packing.
Special touches like that are throughout the house. Leslie was very reachable and accommodating if we needed anything.
We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has a great location across the street from the beach. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The house and furniture shows some wear and aging in spots, but the cleanliness made up for it. One of the beds was way too soft for us, but when it comes to bed softness/firmness, you cannot please every body.

The house was in a wonderful location, but the set up was weird. And it could had been cleaner. The sofa was dirty and wallpaper peeling off wall in bathroom, not a sturdy banister to have a sofa placed by. Didn’t like the kitchen upstairs instead of downstairs. Sounds like a lot but it needs some updates. For the price to stay there.

overall it was lovely to be so close walking distance to everything. The beach was right across the street. We had mostly everything we needed. The front master bedroom was unfortunately very noisy from the traffic and bright from the street light. But we moved into the back bedroom and slept well there.

Could not ask for better location. Leslie was VERY responsive anytime we had a question and was extremely helpful. House was exactly as described and clean. DIRECT beach access 100 steps from your front door. If your reading negative reviews that are not happy they must be from a "Karen". Keep the great work Leslie and the cleaning staff. It's an ok place to stay....
The home needs maintenance. The threshold at the side door is loose and causes a tripping hazard, the molding on the side door is rotted at the bottom, the window ledge behind the bed in the front bedroom was very dusty, the towel rack in the bathroom was loose/falling off the wall, the balcony and front door and balcony door need painting, the overhead cabinetry above the stove is loose, the front bedroom bathroom shower head drips terribly. We had to close the bathroom door during the night to keep from hearing it drip. Need a new mattress in the front bedroom (it's not comfortable). Also, whoever hires the lawncare people, please tell them not to start their lawncare work, specifically the leaf blower, before 7 a.m.! We killed one roach. The washer and dryer are nice, refrigerator was clean, family room was nice.
