Our beautifully appointed one bedroom deluxe fully equipped condo at Majestic Beach Towers Resort offers the finest of furnishings, décor, and amenities...not to mention the most Spectacular Ocean Front View!! This is our very special "home away from home" and we are pleased to share it with you. We are the owners and therefore will make every effort to offer you all of the personalized touches we can... from initial stocking of ample supplies of toiletries and paper goods, to making available special events packages (honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.--call the owner for details--champagne and roses, anyone?) We are blessed to offer attention to detail, a Glorious View, comfortable and cozy furnishings...and amazing amenities!....be sure and view the video for these abundantly lavish year-round resort activities (note: call owner not former manager).

Step onto the sand right outside of the two Towers of Majestic to rent your beach equipment! Jet skis, parasailing, and banana boat rides are all directly outside your door!
Majestic Beach Resort offers 5 pools for our guests. Soak up the sun in one of our three outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools.
Our very own H2O Bar and Grill is open seasonally and is situated by 2 outdoor pools with a hot tub, one indoor pool, and includes Gulf-front views, serviced seating for lunch and dinner...and spectacular food and drinks!
The Majestic Market features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, pizza, pantry items, snacks, beach necessities and souvenirs (open seven days a week--seasonal hours vary).
The tennis courts at Majestic Beach Resort are now pickle ball courts and are free for our guests to use. The courts are located at the top of the parking garage on the north side of the property. We do not offer rackets or other tennis equipment for rent, but bring your own and enjoy the courts while you are here.
IN ADDITION: It is our desire to offer you the cleanest most sanitary environment in our condo, as well as the staff on site at The Majestic Beach Resort. At this time we are offering gym access to our guests, adults only, and it is unsupervised. We have a lanyard key in our condo... please ask owner about details... also there will be a $50 charge if the key is lost or not returned.
***NOTE: Unfortunately, as of this time, we were not able to secure the seasonal beach chair rental set due to their limited supply. However, we have provided 2 beach chairs and umbrellas for your use during your stay... located within our unit.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE. PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUESTED AT CHECK-IN.
NOTE: The Majestic Beach Resort is putting a new policy in place in 2024 regarding parking in the property's parking garage. I have never charged my guests for this service; however now each vehicle will be required to have electronic access to the property, which will cost a one time fee of $40 per vehicle, and I, as the owner, am required to charge each guest. THIS WILL NOT BE THROUGH VRBO, but via a private link that I will give you that you pay directly. More detailed info will be given you once you have booked.

Patty was a great host and gave detailed instructions prior to arriving and also checked in on us after the first night to make sure we didn’t need anything. The Condo was very clean and exactly as described. Chairs and a wagon are provided so you don’t have to bring your own. The bed was so comfortable. Loved the view on the balcony. The stay was perfect, will be renting here again!

The room was exceptionally clean. The view was perfect. It is A 19th floor balcony looking right at PCB. The owner was easy to get to if you have problems or anything else. The kitchen was nicely equipped and had all the spices you would need. If you come, make sure you have your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV logins and passwords so you can stream should you want to watch tv.

The BEST condo we have ever rented! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING! Clean as a whistle. Decorated impeccably. The MOST comfortable bed EVER. (I wanted to bring it home with me.) Kitchen was well stocked, including salt, pepper, other seasonings and coffee. Full size coffee pot with basket for coffee grounds meant no need to worry about filters. Skillets were high quality and in excellent condition. Ice maker meant we didn't have to buy ice.Communication was FANTASTIC. I didn't have to ask any questions because she told me everything I needed to know. Large, comfortable living room. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Great little washer/dryer meant we didn't have to do laundry when we went home. Great shower pressure and I appreciated the hand held shower. Didn't get the chance to use the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Well stocked with bath towels and beach towels (in the bedroom closet). All resort pools and hot tubs were in good working order with plenty of loungers for everyone. The pools were pretty chilly in the morning, but we're brisk but comfortable by mid-afternoon. The beach was very clean with no litter strewn about. It appears to be a relatively busy area; however, we never had a problem finding a spot for our beach chairs.All staff were affable. Wear your bracelets; we watched security stop several people and ask to see it. Unit includes beach chairs and cart. The view from the balcony was OUTSTANDING!
