Not up to our expectations

The location was practically near the city center.

It was dirty, there were spider webs all over. The apartment was covered in dust, the sheets didn't seem to have been changed, there was food left inside of the oven that emitted a weird stench. There was trash left in the trash bin in the bathroom.

No hot water

There was a kitchen with water boiler

There was no hot water whatsoever (we were in apartment 2) and we were not even informed about it. This is a pretty big issue. There was no microwace or bowl either. We received only 3 towels for 4 people.

For one night okay 2 bedroom

Easy parking & close to railway station & coffee prepared

Dark & wet place - only suggested for one night / very short term

Suitable for bunch of guys who dont care, but not ideal for a family expecting a certain standard.

Located near the old city center. Parking place in the courtyard. Spacious appartement.

Mess: The apartment was not filthy, but there were several issues. There were empty pet‑drink flasks left on the table from previous guests, used towels were still in the washing machine, and there was quite a lot of dust under the bed. I think that cleaning was in extreme hurry - but we arrived past the 15:00 so it was not like they have to. Lack of curtains: Towels were hanging from the window, apparently used as makeshift curtains. There were no proper curtains, so anyone outside could see directly into the living room. Check‑in: Before our arrival, we did not receive the PIN for the key box. I had to call the host; the first call was not answered, and I had to try again a few minutes later. Missing duvet: We were a family of four, but there were only three sets of duvets and pillows. When I asked for the fourth set, I was told to look for it in the apartment. I found only one pillow without a cover and nothing else. I asked again for the missing duvet, but received no further response - this conversation was only by SMS.

"We didn't meet the landlord but it was not needed. Indications were straight forward, we liked the living room, the kitched, beds were confortable, parking was right in front of the building. Very la..."
