Comfortable apartment

Nice apartment in a good location, close to the center, clean, and with a comfortable bed. The hosts were very communicative.

The kitchenware (cutlery) could be improved.

Comfortable overnight stay as a family of 4. There are stairs to get to the apartment but this didn’t bother us at all. We had everything that we needed.

Parking was narrow but we made it work :) our car is 4.8m long :)

Great apartment in walking distance to the center of Linz

Great apartment. Check-in was easy, just get the key from a box, and put it back at check-out. The location is good, just about 20 mins walk to the train station and also to the city center, I didn't need to use public transport. The neighbourhood looked quiet, no major noise or safety issues. There was everything necessary in the apartment - kitchen had a lot of dishes, cleaning supplies and all appliances one could need, bathroom had shower gel, everything looked just like the pictures. The apartment was clean and looks new-ish. The owners are really nice and made me feel welcome.

It would be nice to have two towels, I had to dry my hands using the big towel as there was only one provided. Also maybe the apartment could use a bit bigger clean-up sometimes, like cleaning behind furniture or inside of it (some drawers looked a bit dusty). But it was nothing major, all the things people usually use were very clean.

Great apartment and location in Linz

The location was excellent.

The apartment wasn’t clean when we arrived, but we quickly found out there had been a misunderstanding with the cleaning lady and the owners immediately showed up to handle the problem. They were very responsive and apologetic for the mess.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Check in war kontaktlos und easy.

Es war lauter, als ich erwartet hatte. Zum einen hörte man den Verkehr der benachbarten Hauptstraße stark. Und im Haus ist ein Club, es gab abends lange Musik und Geräusche der Gäste vor dem Haus. Das Bett war wunderbar, die Schlafcouch für zwei nicht ganz so bequem.
