Welcome to Riverfront Condos. This condo features the best and most peaceful river views in all of downtown Nashville. This stylish condo has all of the features of home: 1 King Bed 1 Queen Bed 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa 2 full bathrooms Located downtown on the Cumberland River! End unit with amazing views 3rd floor unit with stairs directly in front of the unit. There is no elevator on site, but only 2 flights of stairs. Full kitchen Keurig coffee maker 50 inch LED TV in living room with full cable 32 inch LED TVs in the bed rooms Free Covered Parking Pool - make sure you bring your pool towels! Fitness Room 2 blocks from First Horizon Ballpark and Germantown 15 minute walk to Broadway, the Honky Tonks, Nissan Stadium, The Ryman, Ascend Amphitheater, Bicentennial Mall State Park and much more! We are located downtown so you may hear sirens, train horns and barge traffic at times. Welcome to the city! **Disclaimer about the community amenities (pool, laundry room & gym). Please be advised that from time to time there may be an instance where the pool, laundry room and/or gym may be shut down for scheduled maintenance and/or for safety reasons, and there is a possibility that it could happen during your stay. Please note that I do not have any control over that and will not be held responsible for a community amenity closing. If it is brought to my attention by the HOA that there will be a closing for any of the community amenities during your stay, I will do my very best to provide you with as much advanced notice as I can. Convenient stay looking out over the Cumberland River, easy & safe walk to Broadway, The Ryman, Nissan Stadium, German Town with great restaurants & plenty of music venues. The three of us are age 60-72 and our unit was on the 3rd floor, we were able to comfortably climb the stairs with luggage, there are no elevators, if that is a concern for mobility issues. Tommy was great to communicate with. Would like to stay here again on our Next 5 day visit to Nashville!

This was a cute little condo for a long weekend. Not ridiculously far from downtown. Unfortunately, I had to contact the property manager since I was not given an access code to enter. Overall, the place was somewhat clean however, the bedding (of all things) was filthy. We didn't realize the quilt was upside down on the bed. Not sure if that was to hide something but the edge of the quilt was black. The carpet also had several black spots. Not a bad place but it needs paint and a thorough cleaning.

Could use a little better cleaning but overall great stay! We booked the same day as our previous reservation had cancelled so they were super responsive and helped us out! Great space and location! Super comfy beds :)

This was our first time in Nashville and we wanted to be close enough to Broadway to walk there but far enough away that we could enjoy the sights an sounds of the river in our own quiet and secluded space.
The condo was as advertised, it was clean, and in good condition, the location was exactly where we wanted it to be with a great river view!
We had a few questions about how some things worked in the condo when we first arrived.
We contacted our point of contact for the condo Tommy and he answered all of our condo questions and even some about the surrounding area.
I want to be clear, Tommy was great! He was easy to contact, responded promptly and knowing that we had someone we could count on if we did have issues with the condo during our first visit to a new city helped us feel very comfortable during our stay in Nashville.
We would absolutely consider staying in this condo again!

This property is the perfect location everything, easy to get to and from Broadway and all the action. Some great restaurants within a block or two, great pool! Host Tommy was very quick and responsive! Could use some "deep" cleaning and some other kichen amenities like pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again!

Not sure if it was stated that condo on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Also perhaps the spreads and blankets should be cleaned. They were not clean.

This property was located close to all the action on North Broadway. It was easy to get to and find. The property was clean and we had no issue with parking either! The pool was great too. We had only one dishwasher pod on the first day and we were staying for 4, so I emailed property manager and there were more in the condo the next time I looked! We would stay here again! Had a great time in Nashville!

Nice condo
The condo was nice, parking is covered and shaded. It was clean and ready to stay when we arrived. Suggestion: black out curtains will help keep the bright early morning sun from coming in the rooms.

Great location and place to stay!
The place was just as advertised, clean with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Easy to access and work with the owner and the location was a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway!

Girls Week
Property was as described and clean. The only thing missing that was part of the amenities was a blender. Our host responded quickly and one was delivered by 8am the following morning.. Quiet location considering the trains nearby. Plenty of room for 4 women (2 full baths helped). A 1 mile walk to Broadway and all the downtown action. We did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time. Will definitely stay here again!!

Nothing fancy but good and convenient
The property overall was pretty decent. It wasn’t spectacular but it was extremely convenient, clean and worked well for what are stay was. Being on the river was pretty cool. The deck is very small but a nice view of the river. The rooms were good size and so were the bathrooms. Decent overall and very close to downtown.

This place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was clean and had the basics there for us. Everything was a short walk or Uber ride away. Tommy was amazing at communicating with me before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Also pleasantly surprised to find some great restaurants in the nearby neighborhood. Right from the start the Host communication was great. Answered all of our questions.

Beautiful view of the river, great communication with property manager, convenient location. If your stay will require doing laundry, be prepared for a hike and don’t forget your detergent and quarters (or download the app!)

Perfect location in Nashville
If you like to walk a bit this property fits. Short walk to and from music and eats. We took Uber home when it turned cold one night. $12 trip. Can't wait to come back

Although the weather derailed our visit a little (snow closed most restaurants and tourist sites the first day, the condo was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to downtown. Plenty of covered, free parking and a great view of the Tennessee River in this end-unit. Definitely recommend!
