About this condo rental
Situated in Wild Dunes, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Located in the beautiful island resort of Wild Dunes, our beach condo is a great spot for you next vacation! Come for the week or enjoy a quick weekend away to relax and recharge. With over 1200 square-feet, it's the perfect spot for golfing groups,couples or families with small children. Wild Dunes has so much to offer, including two top-notch golf courses, a beautiful sandy beach, pool, bike paths, nature trails and fine dining. You will be within minutes of shopping, movie theatres, miniature golf, historical homes and so much more. We are less than 15 miles from historic Charleston. Our condo has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and set of bunks. There is also a small futon in the master with sides that lay down. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the den. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and granite countertops. It is stocked with the basics, including coffee filters, spices, napkins and dish soap. We have a washer and dryer and there are beach chairs, beach cart and toys in the laundry room. A stroller is also available. Sheets and towels and beach towels are provided. We also have hair dryers in each bathroom and a small supply of shampoos, conditioners, lotions and soaps in the bathroom drawer. I was surprised by the bedroom arrangements-that could be my fault but make it clearer for your next guest (we expected 2 doubles/queens each room but found King and futon, queen and bunk beds).
Light bulbs need replacing, TV instructions not clear or as simple as we need them!

We loved the condo. It’s big.there was just the two of us (65+). The pool was lovely but we never used it due to screeching kids, but again that’s on us. Beach was 4 Or 5 minutes away. A gorgeous empty beach. We rented chairs that were set up every day for us. Sine we spent a lot of time in Charleston and Shem Creek, we didn’t get to use them every day. This was our 8th trip to Charleston and we never run out of new and wonderful things to do. Go. Experience the magic of the Low Country.

We came down to IOP for a wedding and the property did not disappoint. It was extremely spacious and clean. We have 2 children so the toys were a huge hit. When we had questions the communication was prompt with the owner. I would 100% recommend and we'd rent again without any hesitation.

I couldn't get over how quiet it was of course a lot of traffic at the beach but where I was staying it was very very quiet of course there were some crazies next door for a few hours but that was okay that's expected you are on vacation quiet clean just everything you'd want in a vacation weekend

Everything was great, bed were comfortable, pool was clean, location was great!! We would stay again. Condo could have been cleaner, rug and floor should have been been vacuumed. Other than that we will be back!

This was a lovely rental. Very spacious. It was in a wonderful location with a very easy walk to the beach.
The property had most everything we needed. Beach chairs were available for use. but very uncomfortable. We did use the beach wagon, which was also nice to have use of. Beach towels were listed as available, but only one was there. (I brought my own anyway)
The pool was also very nice.

We had a great time staying in this condo on the isle of palms. The layout was perfect for our situation with two sleeping areas separated by a living room and kitchen. The walk to the beach was minimal and our host provided a wagon and some other beach items to help us make things a little easier. I would recommend staying here. It was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy our time.

The rooms were plenty big and comfortable BUT the whole unit needs a total refresh. For this reason we will not stay again.

We loved our stay here! The condo was comfortable and provided all of the space that we needed. The location next to the pool was perfect and the proximity to the marketplace area made it an easy walk. Check in was a breeze! The condo had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We came for a wedding. This place was close to the venue which was a good thing. It was also very easy to access the beach which we enjoyed. The villa was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, however, when looking a little closer you will note that it is in need of some updating, things such as peeling paint, tears in screen door, trim missing. Some things were just from age. But we found it to work well for a place to stay for a short get away

Great location and lovely, spacious condo. Beds and furniture are very comfy and porches overlook pool and beautiful island landscapes. Owners are very gracious and accessible. Will definitely return!!

Overall property was nice, the master bed was very uncomfortable, and made noise when getting in and out. The villa smelled bad, and bothered our allergies. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, not sure if it had been rented in awhile. I would suggest in getting some nicer out door furniture and the beach chairs.. definitely should be replaced. The location to the beach was great, and space was nice for the price.

We enjoyed our stay! We love isle of palms for the quietness and beauty. The condo was cozy and spacious. Everything was clean. The host responded quickly to any communication we had and was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough good things about this area and location! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. The beach is a 4 minute walk away!! You are so close enough to hear the ocean the deck and there is a swimming pool right behind the unit. We will be returning. The host was very accommodating, when we decided to drive through the night and get there at breakfast time to avoid driving in the tropical storm they let us know when the unit was ready for us to check in.
The only negative I could say were there were hairs in the shower and little cleanliness issues here and there but this no doubt comes down to the cleaning crew now then the host.

It was great. The only complaint is the unit, decks and steps were being painted on the outside all week. That was a little annoying having painters on your decks at 7:30 every morning and wet paint and paint cloths on the steps and everywhere else. 🙁

The rental was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. The location is perfect and quiet. The owner is very generous with beach supplies. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the location and that beach toys/beach cart were included as well as extra beach towels! It was a very short walk to the beach! The rental could have been a little more clean and updated-there was a sand covered cup put away in the cupboard and the washer had mildew inside.
Communication and the check in process was a breeze and we really did enjoy our stay!

Excellent location and set-up…beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The beach cart was GREAT for towing our beach gear (and grandchildren’s beach toys). What a thoughtful touch! It was perfect and will definitely come back!

Needs To Be Upgraded :(
This unit needs to be updated- it was clean but VERY old. Bathrooms, appliances and decor are well past their prime. Disappointed as we saw many other units (we had friends in the below unit and near us) that were much nicer. Not worth the money- UPDATE this place!!!

We had family members from age 7 yr. - 73 yr. It was the perfect place for all of us to create wonderful family members together. We loved the easy access to both a beach and a pool!

Check in was difficult because my name wasn't in the computer at the guard station, but I was able to get in quickly.
Instructions for getting into the condo were inaccurate. I had to message the owner to find out the combination to the keyless entry. If you get instructions that say to look for a key, ask for the code to get into the condo instead of searching for 10 minutes like I did.
Wifi/signal was not good until I logged into the condo wifi. Calling is difficult unless you are on the wifi.
The condo had many of the amenities that I needed and well decorated. A short walk to the beach that isn't difficult to get to.
