Situated in San Diego, this charming condo for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Spacious and charming apartment, overlooking a beautiful garden, tucked away behind craftsman-style house in the heart of historic North Park. The perfect location in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries and markets. Close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Downtown Coronado Beach, and Fashion Valley Mall. Apartment is 600 sqft and has beautiful hardwood floors. It has large windows which provide lots of natural light and allow an air-flow and breeze. The unit also has a portable air conditioner for extra comfort during the warm summer months. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and is facing east allowing you to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning. The living room is spacious and has a smart TV (access to local channels and Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped. On the porch/entrance of the apartment is a small sitting area with a view of the courtyard garden and beautiful San Diego sunsets; a great spot to recharge after a day of walking, shopping, golfing, and spending time exploring one of the beautiful beaches or San Diego's many other attractions. Neighborhood: North Park is a historic/hip neighborhood with something for anyone's taste: art galleries, the North Park Observatory, great restaurants, coffee shops, little corner markets, several small breweries, scooter rentals and Morley Field park all in walking distance. Less than a mile from the city Golf Course and 2 miles from the heart of Balboa Park with it’s wonderful Museums, Botanical Garden, Old Globe Theater and the world famous San Diego Zoo. In just 10-15 minutes you can get to downtown, Little Italy, The Gas Lamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Convention Center, Fashion Valley shopping mall as well as Coronado and other beach communities.

This is a very clean and cozy apartment Everything is in perfect working order. New double-paned windows that easily open and close, comfortable bed with nice linens and plenty of white fluffy bath towels and washcloths. It is on a really nice North Park street and has a charming patio which George the cat reigns royally. I love this unit. It was my 2nd visit there.

This was the 2nd time we've stayed with Bill. We stayed there 6 years ago, and it's the only place I consider when coming to the San Diego area. The apartment is spotless and cute as a button. Bill is very close and can help with anything that might come up (we've never had anything come up.) He is friendly. And the neighborhood is walkable for restaurants, a corner market, coffee shop, etc. We had an excellent time.

My husband and I were supposed to stay for a wedding but due to childcare issues, just my husband went. He said check in was easy, he got some good suggestions for food in the area from the owner and went to one of the places suggested (bbq) and loved it! The place was nice and clean, easy to get to. We will be back for sure!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. This gem of an apartment was by far the cleanest and just perfect setting for my husband and I. The owner was so accommodating, but there if you need.

We had an amazing time visiting our son in SanDiego! This house is close to everything! Full sized kitchen that we used for breakfast every morning! The unit could use another air conditioner for the bedroom. We put the box fan on the stool to stay cool! Other than that it was a great stay!

This is a great place to stay for a vacation. Bill was very nice and respectful to us. The place is centered around everything to do. The only thing I would say is that in the sumner it’s hot i side the place and it needs a real A/C. I would definitely stay again

For him, it was that the apartment was older, yet renovated, but did not take away from the nostalgia of the era it was built in. Being a couple in out 50's, the fixtures and the smell took us back to our childhood homes, however it was updated and fresh with current decor. Full kitchen and games are also what we look for in a VRBO, this accommodation had it all. Bill was a wonderful property manager, very quick to respond to messages and very kind. We hope to be back to stay again.

I’ve never had a host who more willing to accommodate my arrival and departure schedule. I opted to stay a few minutes outside of La Jolla where I was attending a wedding. The location was nice and quiet, and very close to good eateries and shops.
Bill was a huge help, and I would highly recommend renting this property if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood which is also close enough to hop on the major highways in a few short minutes.

It was very comfortable. Full kitchen was very convenient. The location is great: close to Balboa Park, quick drive to downtown (Gaslamp, Old Town, etc.) It's located in a great neighborhood with its own nice restaurants. It's very close to I-805. All this for much less than any decent hotel. Will seek this place again if/when returning to San Diego.

Friendly host. The comprehensiveness of the amenities in the unit is fantastic. Anything that you’d need is there. Very comfy bed, great shower, we’ll equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with very convenient freeway access. Would definitely stay here again when back in San Diego.

Property was fine. Renter was very awkward and made us uncomfortable. After we left, they charged an additional fee for vomit splash on the walls, which I didn’t see otherwise I would’ve cleaned. Then proceeded to message and say NOT to rebook the property because I vomited. Horrible experience. Will never book again. Don’t even think about getting sick in this property. Apparently that’s a problem.
