Recently renovated! Un-crowded gulf-front setting. Unwind and slow down at Needle Rush Point. The lowest density condo community in Perdido Key with over 900 feet of un-crowded private beach. This recently renovated gulf-front third floor uppermost unit features a large balcony with a wonderful gulf panorama. This unit has the best beach views at Needle Rush. The beach-side master has a plush king bed, while the second bedroom has one queen bed, one double bed, and one bunk bed. The living room has 2 full size sofas, a recliner, and a mini-sofa that folds-out into a single bed. A full-size washer and dryer, 3 TV’s, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, and bar fulfill the comforts for easy holiday living. The unit was recently upgraded with a new range, refrigerator, bar, microwave, carpeting, HVAC system, wood trim/casings, sofas, lighting, paint-thru-out, shower, vanities, tub, tile, and a large living room television.
The complex features a large gulf-side pool and a second river-side pool. A private dry boatyard, wet boat slips/fishing dock, Ole River observation deck, private tennis courts, grill area, and lush eco-friendly landscaped grounds satisfy your beach vacation amenities. Shopping, entertainment, and many restaurants are nearby including the Flora-Bama Roadhouse which is an easy walk down the beach.

We had a great time in this well appointed condo. Parking is great, location is perfect - close enough to shops and resturants for convenience but far enough away that its quiet. Thebeach was perfect!
