Windy Shores I is a wood structure, direct oceanfront 3 story 18 unit complex, located within 1 mile of Barefoot Landing, The Alabama Theater, House of Blues and Greg Norman Grill. 5 minutes from golf at any number of championship golf courses, fine dining on Restaurant Row, and more shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall. Only seconds from the beach, minutes from fine dining and shopping giving you more time to do what you like to do when not at work. Truly the ideal location for any vacation or Wintertime sabbatical. This beautiful direct oceanfront 1st floor unit has a fantastic unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. The master bedroom was updated in 2013 with freshly painted walls, new carpet, new mini-blinds and beautiful Ethan Allan mahogany furniture and mattress. Second bedroom was also updated in 2013 with freshly painted walls and a new cherry bedrooms set. The bed and mattress is a full bed. The second bedroom also has a set of bunk beds bought in 2012 with new mini-blinds. Kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, with new stove, microwave and breakfast bar. Dining and living area are combined with ceiling fan, new furniture, new carpeting throughout entire condo, new ceramic tile in kitchen, bathrooms and foyer. Two new 50 inch smart TV, 1 In living area, the second in master bedroom. The unit has an oversized balcony overlooking the oceanfront pool. The oceanfront pool has sundeck, lounge chairs and outside shower. No waiting on elevators either, balcony has direct access to pool and ocean. Very convenient. Parking is on-site with overflow approximately 500 feet up 33rd Street. Keywords: oceanfront condo

We were very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed the balcony, the view of the beach and dunes from there, and the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo is very homey feeling and everything was as depicted in the listing and pictures. We would definitely stay there again.

I don't have a problem with bike week, although the bedrooms are next to the road. During bike week they stay up late with loud bikes and music. Other than that the property is great.

Fun time at the beach
Enjoyed our week at the beach. Pool was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean and all appliances were in working order. Nice new dishwasher.

Was not cleaned prior to our arrival and there were no blankets. The owner did send someone to clean and purchase blankets after we complained. The apartment was in falling into disrepair with pieces missing from the ceiling and trim falling off the walls. Also there was a pile of random unnecessary furniture in one bedroom. Also the dishwasher did not work. The one redeeming quality is the location, it was on the beach and near the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill. View of the ocean was amazing from the great patio. Easy access to the beach and pool. Close to everything. A little tricky getting into the bathrooms because of how the doors opened, but they worked. A bit dated but had everything you needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is awesome, pool is excellent (cared for daily) and the beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The entrance is private which we really liked as it felt like the vacation was just our family. The deck is amazing, great place to sit and read a book.

Awesome location near on the beach. Neighbors were friendly and respectful to all. We never heard the neighbors next door or above us. We really enjoyed our time in this condo...it was perfect for our girls trip!

We enjoyed our time thoroughly - view of the beach, the spacious patio to enjoy meals, the ease to get to the beach, smaller crowds, and easy access to the pool. Our only disappointment was entering a dusty condo which had seen better days. We spent some time cleaning on the front end because we could tell some things hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Called the owner in regards to where we put the keys when we leave. He didn’t call back. I also text him and no reply. The place needs cleaned very dusty . Shower faucets difficult to work with . We have the keys with us and will mail him the keys to his Ohio address.

Great place!
We had such a great time! The outside of the building looked a bit questionable until we got upstairs. The condo was immaculate with great access to the pool and ocean! I look forward to staying there again! Thank you so much!

Had a great stay at Windy Shores. Good location. Good weather.
My only recommendation would be to use darken shades in the bedrooms due to the street lights shinning in the windows at night.

Overall great
Our only problem was that, even though the property was described as first floor, there was actually a flight of stairs to our unit because parking and equipment was on the ground floor. Location was great...with a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful times at this North Myrtle Beach Condo
Everything was great at this condo. The unit was clean and all appliances worked good.
The building was quiet and was located near a dead end street, so not much street traffic. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is on the 1st floor and had easy access to the pool. Our stay was wonderful.

My wife and I just got back from 9 nights in Windy Shores .Feb 2013.This condo is is fully furnished with furniture better than most peoples homes.The owner Dale is a real nice guy and very fair.It has a new very large flat screen tv in the living room and also a tv in the master b/r 2 nice sized bathrooms. It has a large balcony to watch the kids from while they are in the nice sized swimming pool and you can even watch them while they are on the beach as its so near.There is plenty of parking places on the property so no need to walk far to the car.This condo has everything you need for the comforts of home.I would recommend it to any family to stay in for a week or a month or more.You wont need to take anyting to live in Windy Shores as to owner has everything you need to stay there.Very, very nice. I will try to book again later in the year.

Nice porch to sit and have your morning coffee and watch the waves come in. Just a few steps down to the nice pool which they cleaned i think everyday. Never crowded at the beach. You can rent chairs/unbrellas from a little set up right there on the beach and some watersports. A really short drive to Barefoot landing and maybe 20-30 min to downtown with traffic. Thanks for sharing your place we had a great time.
