About this villa rental
Casa de la Roca is not a 5 Star resort, it’s thousands of stars from the rooftop deck on a clear Mexican night.
Experience Casa de la Roca, resort living in an eco-friendly Villa located on the beach near the resort area of Huatulco, Mexico. This beautiful eco-casa is perfect for a relaxing and tranquil get-away. Spend your time cooling off in the pool, gazing out at the sunset over the Pacific, or take a stroll down the secluded beach, great for swimming and surfing and keep an eye out, you may see turtles coming up onto the beach. Just 25 km (easy 20 minute drive) outside of the resort area of Huatulco, this vacation destination is close enough to town, but far enough to feel removed from daily distractions.
Look no further than this beautiful home, This home rental is perfect for three couples or 2 small families, as there are 2 master bedrooms, each with king size bed and bunk beds with views of the Pacific Ocean, and a third bedroom with a King bed which overlooks the pool and ocean. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. Casa de la Roca is a solar powered home (so remember to turn off the lights). There is a fully-equipped kitchen and wireless internet (Starlink) throughout the house. There is an option for daily housekeeping. There is A/C in the 2 second floor bedrooms only, the ocean breezes and ceiling fans keep the house cool.
Watch for whales as you’re admiring the sunset on the rooftop deck over the Pacific.
A vehicle is recommended, or taxi service is available. Airport pick up can be arranged with grocery shopping before you arrive to the house. We have a service available for tours of the area which can be arranged through our Property Manager.

Beautiful property which is secluded and quiet. Owner and Maria are amazing and quick communication without overbearing. Has all the requirements for a great stay. As you’re ‘off grid’ - it is harder to keep clean and are more wildlife which other reviewers have mentioned. But if you take into account the location, seclusion, and area around you - it makes sense so we had no concerns. My kids and I did enjoy the game of ‘what animal are we saving from the pool this morning!’ Would highly recommend your own car but Maria and wifi are able to arrange transport if needed. Area has a little ‘beach club’ down the road which we enjoyed and surf boards and body surfing boards.

Maria, our host, was amazing and communicated quickly and was very attentive. We absolutely loved the house, from the secluded, almost private beach to the large pool and sitting areas. The BBQ was great for cooking some of our own meals.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we expected and more! Beautiful location, amazing view, great community. It was a very peaceful stay, we felt very safe and at home. Good communication with the host, we had everything we needed. Would definitely revisit.
