One story, elegant, upgraded and well-equipped home with brand new modern furniture just south of the Strip. A peaceful and convenient location with easy access to South Las Vegas Boulevard, 5 minutes South outlet mall, only 6 miles to Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino and 6.9 miles to the Maccarran International Airport. Lots of shopping and all kinds of restaurants just around the corner. Single story just remodeled clean and private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 King bed. 2 sleep futons and 2 air mattresses. - Keyless entry lock - Free 200mbp speed internet with a static IP ( a secure and fast dedicated IP Line) throughout the house. - Fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses - Accessories and dinnerware - K-cup coffee maker, toaster. Coffee, tea, cream and sugar - 65" Roku TV in the living room, 55" Roku TV in the Master and 40" Roku TV in the guest bedrooms. Free Amazon Prime video +HBO max, Netflix will need sign in with your own account due to their recent policy change. - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and vanity kits, towels are provided - Sunroom/game room off the kitchen with Foosball table and seating area - Propane BBQ grill, covered patio - Printer with extra cables (extension cord, HDMI cable) - In-house laundry, washing machine and dryer, all laundry supplies - Iron and ironing board - 2 twin size high-quality air mattresses with all extra sheets, pillows, blankets and towels for extra guests upon request - 2 very comfortable sleeping futons with all extra sheets, pillows, blankets and towels for extra guests upon request - Toddler bed and highchair, play-n-pack, baby bath upon request - 2 car garage entry to the house with remote garage door opener provided Guest access -Full house access. -Attached 2 car garage with a remote door opener -Extra free parking on the street and driveway -Garbage is collected on Friday mornings. The neighborhood Nice and quiet neighborhood close but away from the Strip. The neighborhood was built in 2000' with grocery stores, gas station, several restaurants close by, easy access to the freeway. Best choice for your Vegas stay! Suitable for children (2-12 years) Suitable for infants (Under 2 years) No pets No Smoking allowed indoors No Events or parties allowed Surveillance disclosure: 1 doorbell camera outside of the house by the main entrance House rules: 1.Smoking indoors is not permitted. (Designated outdoor smoking area only) Any smoking inside the house will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. 2. When you go outside please make sure the door is closed behind you. 3. Sorry, no pets are allowed. 4. Please do not eat food in the bedrooms. 5. You may use the kitchen equipment during your stay. 6. You may use the washing machine and dryer and all supplies during your stay. 7. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 8:00am 8. All guests stay overnight must be listed. 9. Feel free to help yourself with all amenities during your stay. Respect all amenities and house equipment. Any damage and missing items will be charged. 10. Our neighbors will call the police if there is loud music after 10pm, so please keep your music down your singing practice to daytime hours 11. Do not touch, move or disconnect any wiring from the walls. The cleaning fee is for general cleaning only, which includes vacuum, floor mop, dusting, changing of sheets, and trash disposal. The cleaning crew will charge me extra (which I will pass on to guests) if they have to remove stains, put furniture back to the correct place, deodorize smoke, or attend to any other time-consuming actions to bring my home back to rentable state.

The home was in perfect condition. It had all the amenities needed for a family of 5 to include 3 small kids. My 3 year old boy immediately took ownership of the car-bed in the master bedroom whom he shared the room with his 5 year old sister. The middle room was perfect for my 9 month old boy. It was a quiet room and close enough for us to hear him if anything. The best part was allowing us access to park our vehicle in the garage. It added security and a warm car for our kids in the morning.

We were four adults staying at this house. We were very comfortable and was provided with lovely amenities; Coffee pods, tea and water. The house was very clean. When we ran low on supplies, our host responded immediately and delivered the requested supplies. Would recommend staying here and would return. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This property is EXACTLY as described/pictured. But it was the personal touches for me! Excellent quality products/linens. Did have to search for anything. Streaming on all TVs. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds (a little soft).I could go on and on! My granddaughter is getting married in Vegas, so there will be lots of trips between now and April 2025. I just hope this beautiful home is available each time!

First of all, the hosts of this property are top notch with excellent communication, and also very helpful and accommodating. Property is in an established neighborhood that is fairly quiet, but also reasonably close to key parts of the city. My favorite part was the master! It was super clean, cozy, and the en-suite bathroom has a lovely updated shower. The bed was perfect in every way. It smelled fresh, the king sized mattress was super comfortable, and the pillows were just right. Each bedroom has a tv, along with the living room. There are several desks throughout the unit, and a lovely kitchen with all the basics that you need during your stay. The unit is well decorated and inviting. The backyard is relatively small, but there is plenty of outdoor seating and even a BBQ. I enjoyed having garage parking, which had plenty of space for our car. Lastly, I loved that there was no carpet in this property (a huge plus if you have allergies). If you want to avoid the crazy chaos of staying on the strip, with a bit of quiet and a good nights sleep - this is the place! Highly recommend and would book again.

We really enjoyed this home. It was centrally located to the strip and other tourist sites. The host gave her home a nice hotel feel that we really enjoyed. The only issue we had was not being able to lock the wheels on the twin beds to prevent them from rolling anytime you moved in bed. There may have been a way to lock them but we never figured that out 🙄. I highly recommend this home.

Everything was exactly as described. Clean, modern and nice. Easy communication with owner who checked in on us. Close to airport. Very close supermarkets. Not far from the strip. We were a family of 4 with kids 9 and 6. Stayed here as a base for hiking and visiting family in the area. The immediate neighborhood is not particularly welcoming or interesting to walk around in (my morning jogs were borderline unpleasant), but that seems to be how Vegas is generally. Highly recommended as a convenient base for checking out the city and nearby attractions.
