Apartment was well laid out. Great air conditioning and also had fans. Shutters work great to keep the apartment cool during the day. Even had an elevator, which was great. apartment was only 1 floor up, but elevator nice for luggage. Host will have lots of write-ups to explain lots of things and give recommendations. would definitely stay here again. 5 min walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the ferry dock. Great to swim in the ocean at night.
apartment does face the train tracks so it is noisy, but for us the cost and location were worth the trade off.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dans ce charmant appartement. Il est assez spacieux, plutôt bien équipé et a quelques pas de la plage. De plus, il est entièrement climatisé, ce qui est très appréciable en été.

Great location. 5 minute, flat walk (no stairs) from train station in Monterosso. Spacious apartment with a small outdoor seating area.
Walking distance to old town, restaurants and beach is 2 minutes from apartment.
Host was excellent, communication was great. She provided us with lots of information about the area. Highly recommend this property

Apartment is located right next to the train rails, so every 15-30 min it gets really noisy.
A renovation can make the place much more pleasant and comfortable.
