Good value for money in a clean and comfortable property

Very comfortable, but because of Covid we did not get to meet our super host. property super clean and good local shops

lovely stay great nights sleep excellent value

everything it was spotless ,and all the little touches like the fridge fresh milk & water + choice of teas & cofee and a lovely comfy bed lovely shower room and free parking . couldn’t fault it at all

Great short break in comfortable accommodation.

Keys were in the door for us on arrival, everything was fine plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc in mini fridge for us, double bed was extremely comfortable, excellent location for our stay would definitely stay again.

nice little room , comfortable, but on our stay no hot water so couldn’t wash or shower haven’t heard from the hosts aft

Perfect place to stay!

The room was lovely! It came with everything you needed and was a perfect size to have our pop up cot next to the bed too. It was a great stay away and the bed was super comfortable.

There was only a little bit of loo roll left when we got there and no additional rolls so we did have to ask for more, and ended up buying some when we were there. A small oversight of the host that didn't affect the quality of our stay.

Peaceful location and a very

Lovely and clean. Nice quiet location. Lots of thoughtful little touches - fresh milk etc. Very comfortable bed. Felt like a private little house.

Fresh milk, ground coffee and hot chocolate provided was a welcome bonus. Would have liked some regular tea bags. Peaceful and convenient location for us

Lovely, comfortable, stylish accommodation.

Clean, comfortable, stylish and reasonably priced accommodation. Useful tea and coffee provisions with a small fridge and a nice touch with a small bottle of milk provided. Free WiFi available with TV and lovely shower room. Lovely fluffy towels too. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent location, easy to find and very comfortable

Due to COVID breakfast was not supplied, however a fridge was available to use and milk had been put in there. Coffee, Tea were supplied and I was informed that a Tesco express was across the road however I was prepared as I had been advised, bowls, plates and utensils were supplied for us too.

Convenient for Butlins in Bognor Regis

Good location. Clean and tidy. Good drinks tray.

Loud music from a neighbour which thankfully didn't go on for hours. Paid for bed & breakfast but was notified when it was too late to cancel and book somewhere else that breakfast was not going to be provided. Never met the hosts as they didn't want any contact.

Pleasant

It was a large bright and airy room, clean and tidy.

I didn't like the fact that there was no breakfast available but understood the reasons. I did think the price included breakfast but not sure if it would have been more if there was food supplied. The owners did say there was a testosterone nearby but with no cooking facilities it was a bit of useless information.

Amazing

It was so comfortable, the owners had thought of everything - even providing us with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast even though we had only paid for the room. It was so comfortable and homely. Absolutely exceptional.

Lovely modern clean homely

The owners have thought of every little detail. Really cute place. Little touches of lots of teas and coffee and hot coffee. Little fridge in room. Comfy clean bed. Little private outdoor space.

Nice location

Location. Price.

Overuse of airfreshers caused sinus problems = poor sleep. Two in small rooms and only found one to eject. Pond fountain noise meant you couldnt have window open. Thought it would be on timer and stop later on. Needs bigger fridge as no breakfast served.

Great little hideaway in a lovely area.

The location is great with a short walk to the beach front, you can walk into Bognor Regis itself. A couple of places to eat & a supermarket literally across the road means you have everything you need within easy access. The room itself is fairly compact but very comfortable and smelt fresh and clean. The little fridge came in handy as they are not currently offering breakfast due to Covid. Nice to have the option of freshly ground coffee too!
