Situated in Mission Beach, this charming condo for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our home is in beautiful South Mission Beach, steps from the Pacific Ocean, or the Bay. THE BEST location. Quiet court, located 2 streets South past Belmont park, a close walk to the restaurants, shops, and amusement park. Vacationers LOVE our location. Very open floor plan for relaxing, grilling and enjoying after your fun day! 3 Flatscreen TV's with DirectTV channels and On Demand. Smart TV in the family room, where you can enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. A new full size futon is in the family room for extra guests. Kitchen, family room open up with a folding door to the deck, it is a nice big room to gather after a day at the beach or sightseeing! This is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex. PLEASE TREAT THIS HOUSE AND BELONGINGS AS YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN HOUSE. WE WANT IT TO BE NICE FOR YOU AND FUTURE GUESTS :). We have everything you need for the beach, bikes (very used), boogie boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas! It is also steps from Belmont Park, with a historic, working roller coaster, rides, restaurants, and shops. Our home is affordable, spacious and very nice. Sleeps 6-8. Located at 744 Ensenada Court. Location is perfect, you can hear the ocean from your unit. Lots to walk to in Mission Beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the fresh flowers. They provide lots of beach stuff and having bikes available was really great.

This location was great for our weekend Getaway with Friends. 5 adults fit great in the space. The living room set up provided a great space for everyone to catch up. Enjoyed the beach amenities and parking space was very helpful. The only thing to note is that when some went to bed and others stayed up talking etc. voices carried up to the bedroom that is above the living space. Not that big of a deal for us but thought it was worth noting in case kids or babies would be trying to get to sleep in the open room. Would definitely stay here again!

Visiting family in San Diego, we wanted someplace close but with a beach feel. This location was great, we were able to walk along the water, take in the sites of Mission Beach and still see family. The unit was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having a garage was nice and although we didn’t use the beach amenities they were all sites in the garage.

We really enjoyed our visit to San Diego. We arrived an hour early and wanted to drop off our luggage. Susan was very accommodating and we were able to store it in the garage until check in. This allowed us to go straight to the beach. It was an easy and quick walk. Susan’s place was roomy and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and would definitely stay again!

Property has location, location, location with the added bonus of plentiful bicycles to use, as well as boogie boards for the surf. We slept 5 comfortably, but could have handled a few more if needed. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with host.

We loved our week long stay in Mission Beach. The location was great, view of the beach from the patio, and a short walk to feel sand between your toes! We were close to Belmont park, but the noise was minimal (the park closes at a reasonable hour). We had access to the garage and street parking for our second vehicle. The only night we had parking issues was Friday, and we were able to find parking after 10pm when Belmont closed. The owner was vert responsive, when I messaged her during our stay she responded within an hour and when I messaged her after our stay, she responded within a day. All in all we would book this unit or the downstairs unit again. One note - the pictures paint a pretty clear picture of the unit, the upstairs loft room has minimal privacy, but we knew what we were booking based on the pictures and we were fine with that. There were also lots of stairs, but again, we knew what we were getting thanks to plenty of pictures!

Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. Beach access and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in the unit, with everything you need. Plus, there are lots of bikes and other things to keep you busy. Host was very communicative and helpful. We had a great time!

Great location and a great property. Fulfilled everything we were looking for. Very close to beach and they even supplied plenty of beach items to make it more enjoyable (chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc.) Would recommend and would be happy to stay here again! The owners communicate very well.

Amazing experience! Will be booking this house again. Thank you for this fabulous experience. We left an heir loom (baby blanket) behind and owners mailed it to us immediately. Can’t thank them enough due to the sentiment of the blanket and she didn’t hesitate to send to us. Huge shout out to these owners. One of my best experiences renting vacation homes!❤️

This was our second time, reserving this home for our 7 day stay in SD. It’s spacious, has all the amenities and perks of a beach rental. Our kids loved it so much the first time that it was the only place they wanted to stay when we returned. Host is incredibly accommodating and very communicative in any questions we had. Would recommend 12/10!

This was a smooth and pleasant rental for us. The place was as-advertised with plenty of room and enjoyable space for our group. The ability to open the patio doors to make a large and breezy area was awesome. Sitting on the patio with a view to the beach and ocean was relaxing. The location is amazing with a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive, communicative and made check-in easy. Beach chairs and toys were available for use. A water tub greeted us at the gate to clean sandy feet. Plenty of blankets and towels. We were very happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at the house. The location is absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of six and the house had everything we needed. The only hiccup was the parking which was the city of San Diego's fault! However, there was plenty of parking nearby. We loved being able to walk to Belmont Park too. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Susan’s home is in an excellent location and is just steps to the boardwalk and beach. We stayed there for two nights with our son, daughter in law and grandkids ages 6 and 3. We had a bit of a problem finding the parking for the unit and the door to get in so not sure if it was a VRBO app issue or not. However once we got there all was well. We walked down to Capri pizza and ordered out. The meal was very good and we loved that it was close by.

This is nice upper level home within a block of the beach. Due to weather, we did not use the bikes and beach gear, but it was all available. Two large bedrooms, and a smaller one, were comfortable. The second bathroom is small, but easily workable. Kitchen equipment, grill, and lots of games serve guests well.

The condo was perfect for our needs and provided SO many items to make our beach vacation so much fun! Beach cruisers, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, etc were all available for us to use. Our adult children loved being so close to beach attractions, Belmont park, restaurants, etc. Communication with Susan, the owner was easy and she was very helpful. Overall, it was perfect and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

From booking to departing it was all an ease. All accommodations/necessities that were listed were in the house. Perhaps my only 2 suggestions would be update beach umbrellas/boogie boards. Also, the blinds could use a little more tlc especially in bedroom, 3. However, overall it was great place to stay!!! This property is perfect for a week or weekend getaway. Just a min walk to a clean and beautiful beach and just across a parking lot is a small amusement park for all ages.

Great place walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. We rented the place for the three bedrooms but all ended up sleeping on the main floor because the steps are a little steep for three and two year olds. Nice and quiet and location is wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious living area and kitchen with pocket doors that open to balcony deck overlooking cute patio courtyard with view of beach. Neighborhood felt very safe. My SUV easily fit in garage & we very much appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and bikes. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our first time renting this property and it was great. Having bikes available was wonderful. Easy to get to beach, restaurants, and amusement park. Property was well stocked with beach essentials and bedrooms were very roomy. We will be back.

We had a great time. The location of the property was great. It had all the bedding, towels, bikes and beach toys you could ever need. The kitchen had everything you need to make all meals. It worked so perfectly for our family, we already booked it for next year!
