Your residence provides the comfort and style you would expect at an exclusive high-end resort. For added convenience and safety, private parking in the building is available. Come stay at for a few nights and discover Asheville's newest brand of modern urban luxe. AMENITIES: The residence is furnished in a contemporary style with a kitchen and bath fully-equipped for your personal and entertainment needs. Enjoy a fully-equipped entertainment center including high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a smart 48″ HD LCD TV in both the living area and bedroom, and a Bluetooth sound system zoned separately for the bedroom and living area. Feel secure with audio and keyless controlled street access, private basement parking, keyless residence access, and access point security cameras. The residence has zoned heating and cooling to assure your comfort while entertaining, relaxing or at rest. GARAGE PARKING FOR ONE SMALL VEHICLE The opening to the entrance of the garage is 10 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet 5 inches high. The clearance inside the garage for vehicles to enter and exit allow for vehicles that are : -Less than 7 feet wide – from driver side rearview mirror to passenger side rearview mirror. -Less than 15 feet long from front of vehicle including accessory attachments to back of vehicle including bike racks etc. -Less than 10 feet 8 inches from ground to top of car including any racks and luggage carriers.

Such a great place to stay in downtown Asheville.

The property was the cleanest VRBO that I have stayed at and is definitely appreciated. The pictures are exactly what you get. There was a little more to the check in process with the key fobs but instructions were thorough. The key fob access to the door made you feel safe and secure in a pretty busy area of downtown. Everything in this property has been well thought out and maintained. It also had very nice extras such as a brita water filter in the fridge and several different coffee appliances to choose from. Surround sound throughout the property was fun as well. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Whole Foods.

Property was clean and in a great location, near the highway but near great restaurants and within easy walk to the downtown sights. Nights were quiet in the room, even on a lightly busy street and other people staying in adjacent rooms. Bring a small car, the garage is tight with multiple cars in it.

This was a wonderful condo for a romantic weekend getaway. We definitely want to come back the next time we are in Asheville.
The thoroughness of the instructions for checking in was fantastic. There were helpful and easy to read instructions throughout the condo. The location was great, noise was not too bad over the weekend. The decor and ambiance was lovely. It was great having a dedicated parking spot in the garage, we were able to fit our Subaru Forester, but just barely. So nothing much bigger than that would fit. The kitchen was very well equipped, we loved having the french press coffee available. Be sure to bring slippers for walking on the hardwood floors. All furniture was comfortable, great for eating, lounging, and sleeping.
It was a wonderful place to stay during our lovely travel trip to Asheville.

Upon arriving at our destination, we noticed the ideal location of our VRBO. From the security of having a garage in the heart of downtown Asheville to a beautiful view of the streets, this rental property checked all the blocks we were looking for in a rental. The design of the property, the amenities, and the accommodations were ideal for a perfect weekend getaway. The host, Peter, was in constant communication and provided us with all we could ask for.

Nestled above an adorable retail space in Downtown Asheville, this impeccably renovated space is smack dab in the middle of all the action. It’s beautifully decorated in both art and furnishings, pristinely kept, appointed with everything guests may need, but most of all… comfortable. We felt right at home and hope to come back.

This is absolutely the best VRBO we have stayed in. Location was perfect unit had everything you needed and more. Peter and Constance have this unit set up with top notch everything. Very clean stocked with everything for cooking but the actual food itself. They have spices in this place that we don’t even have at home.. If we come back to Asheville this is absolutely where I want to stay.

Bountiful natural light
Gorgeous, modern, light-filled, apartment in a fabulous location in Asheville. I’ve never booked a place that was so well-equipped. The parking spot was a huge bonus as parking is an issue downtown. My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend. We walked to all our meals and explored the downtown shopping. Peter helped us w personal recommendations for hikes that we also thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend the Sinclair.

First Time in Asheville
We had a fantastic time in Asheville and the property and location were awesome! Super clean and very comfortable. We didn’t eat in much but there we all the needed untencils etc to prepare any meal. Peter reached out via text to ensure things were going well and called on our last evening to make sure. I would absolutely recommend staying here and the next trip to Asheville we will be reaching out to book his place again.

Fabulous location and place to stay
This place was a perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday in Asheville! The location was fantastic and right in the heart of shopping and restaurants! Also, the apartment was extremely clean, excellently decorated, and well stocked with great attention to detail! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating! We will absolutely stay here again when we come to Asheville!

The apartment was OK for a quick weekend stay! It’s on the 3rd floor, beware. we could not turn on the TV, wanted to watch the football game that was a disappointment! the parking was extremely tight! I have a small Porsche Macan S and it barely fit the spot! I had to jump out through the passenger side because I backed in, that was the only way to get out easily! Bonus….nice restaurants, snacks everything is walking distance!
