About this condo rental
Located in Duck Key, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a great choice for your next break. Studio unit with a King Bed plus a pull-out Futon, one bath. The studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. This unit includes a boat slip and ample parking for your boat trailer and truck. We can handle boats up to 25' in length. We are on the quaint and charming island of Conch Key located just north of Marathon Florida. Our clean and comfortable accommodations nestled behind a gated entrance and beautiful landscaping offer a green oasis for relaxation. A boat ramp is located a short distance away right on Conch Key. Unit 4 is located upstairs, the street side provides treetop views of our tropical palms and the Gulf side balcony has unobstructed panoramic views of the clear tropical waters of the Florida Gulf. Your accommodations provide a fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, comfortable king size bed, pull out futon, bed and bath linens, cable and wireless internet. The studio sleeps 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. The common area utility room includes a bait freezer and coin operated washer and dryer. There is also a fish cleaning station, wash-down hoses at your slip and large ice machine to fill your cooler. After your day of fun in the Keys gather at our outside grill/bar area for fish stories and remembrances of your wonderful day and view the most spectacular sunsets in the Keys. Relax, sit back, and enjoy the views. Have a glass of wine or a cold beer and watch the stunning sunsets over the water. This upstairs studio has views that cannot be matched. Downstairs you can grill up the catch of the day or enjoy dinner on your private balcony complete with tables and chairs. This villa is located in a small fishing community that reflects the authentic Florida Keys, Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but only 10 minutes away from many activities. Kayaking, Stand-up Paddle boarding, snorkeling, and man other activities are just minutes away. 1 pet will be considered for a $100.00 pet fee.

We had a great stay. Unit was very comfortable and convenient with the boat dock right out our back door. There is a bulk ice machine that was a nice perk. Great location, nice views, gas bbq grill, coin op laundry. We will definitely be back!

Pete the manager makes you feel welcome before you even get there. He is so helpful and truly makes your stay so pleasant. Newly renovated to look like a perfect vacation retreat. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Bed is very comfortable. Linens and towels are great quality. Boat slips, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc.. Ice machine for your cooler each day. Tropical plants, herbs, mint and more for you to use. Plenty of lounging areas outside to enjoy the waterfront breeze. We watched a manatee swim under the boat slips while waiting for the sunset. We highly recommend Conch Key Villas and look forward to coming back!

Our apartment, #4 is on the top floor of several units, very private and right on the water with boat docks and a sunset that is to die for. The unit was recently remodeled and had all new appliance and a great rain shower in the new bathroom! The King Size bed was very comfortable!
There are places outside to sit and have a drink and converse with other guests. We used 2 of many Kayaks to paddle around in the water. Fished off the dock and and was visited by manatee!
Used the gas grill to cook Fresh Lobster and Crab Claws we bought from Kelly right off her boat just a couple blocks from the Villas.
Pete the property manager met us upon arrival. Pete is a great guy and got us or told us we’re to go to get what we needed. The owner Daphnie was very responsive and helpful.
If your going to the Keys and want a laid back and affordable place to stay, this is it.

Our first visit to the Keys was made even better by Conch Key Villas. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful. The villas have been remodeled and are nicely furnished. The water is just steps away from the door, and the community outdoor spaces are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time revisiting the Keys. The studio apartment was perfect for my stay. All the amenities needed with some few extras. Beach chairs and coolers. On site ice maker if needed, laundry room and plenty of lounging space. The balcony was great for sunsets and stargazing. Definitely a piece of paradise.

Relaxed getaway in the Florida Keys
This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We wanted a relaxing place by the water. Bonus find was being able to kayak, fish from the dock, and play games outside. Very convenient location with easy drive to local restaurants/stores. We have already reserved our stay for next year.

Wonderful stay!
We were greeted by the owners and given a tour of the place. Within the first hour of being there we say a manatee at the dock. The water is within feet. The sunsets and sunrises from the deck were stunning. Wonderful location! We had a great stay!

This place is a gem! Clean, bright, right on the gulf with spectacular sunsets, and just a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean. If you are looking for a quiet get away, this is the perfect rental. Gorgeous landscaping, newly built deck with lounging area, a bar area with a fridge, corn hole boards, dart board, hook & ring (don't gamble with Stuart!) kayaks, bikes, and docks for your boat. The owners, Katie & Stuart are just wonderful! They truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. They gave us great restaurant tips, best beaches and parks, places to shop, fishing, and boat rentals. The studio we rented was perfect, balcony overlooking the gulf, a great place for morning coffee, fully stocked kitchen, fridge microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable, very clean, there is an area to watch TV but we spent most of our time outside soaking up Key life. Conch Key is very small, with only a party store, but a very short drive to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and parks. It is a very quiet fishing community with fisherman hauling in fresh fish and lobster daily. We saw lots of fish right off the dock. We had such a great time, we can't wait to book again!

Florida Key Vacation
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Conch Key Villas! The room was very comfortable for my husband, teenage son and I. It was nice to to have our boat docked right at the back door. The villa’s location in the keys is great, short drive to multiple state parks and an hour drive to Key West. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Their COVID-19 cleaning practices are very good. We would definitely stay here again!

On the water, great amenities.
The perfect location for a relaxing Florida Keys vacation in a fishing village environment. Stewart is an excellent host and provides kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles in addition to well outfitted accommodations. Restaurants and grocery stores are about a 10 minute drive away. Definitely worth staying for more than a week.
