Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this charming condo for $126 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. You will appreciate our vinyl plank and porcelain tile floors, white wainscoting and the amenities awaiting you when you check in.. Our living area boasts a comfortable queen-sized memory-foam sleeper sofa, large smart TV, DVD player, and other furnishings provided with your comfort in mind. The well-stocked kitchen features granite counters, Shaker-style cabinets, stainless sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, subway tile back splash, smooth-top self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Also provided are serve/cookware, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pot and k-cup), toaster, and plenty of storage for your groceries. The hallway has two bunks with extra safety rails for the children. The bath features ceramic fixtures and tile; the master bedroom has tv, a queen bed with premium Posturepedic foundation for your comfort, a closet with ample hangers, luggage rack, and shelves to store your things. We have tried to anticipate your every need -- a hairdryer in the bath, an iron and board for touch ups before a night on the town, blankets for that occasional chilly night, and a deck box on the balcony filled with beach chairs, an umbrella, and children's toys. Everything about this villa was so fresh, updated, spotless. Loved that there were so many thoughtful touches, and all was very well organized. No accumulation of kitchen items from renters before. Would definitely rent this villa when staying on Hilton Head again.

This was a wonderful place to spend a week. The room was exceptionally clean and just as described. My contacts with the owner were responded to quickly. The room was a easy 5 min walk ... or less ... to the beach. I would stay again without any hesitation.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach and a great location for riding bicycles. The owner is very helpful and easy to reach. We will definitely book again!

The villa was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. It was nice to be steps from the ocean where we enjoyed a long walk on the beach, plus spent two afternoons enjoying being at the waters edge and played pickleball without leaving the complex. The host provided a wealth of helpful information which was helpful.

Me and my son visited as our final summer trip this year. We were very pleased with the condo. We didn’t need anything based on its furnishings. It was very clean and the property was gated with security and so many things to do for adults and children. We will be back!!

The condo is clean, conveniently close to the beach and is stocked with all you need to make yourself at home for the week. We loved the ice maker and the KEURIG. The kitchen had everything we needed when we cooked in!

We had a great stay at Dell's place. It was exactly as described. The condo was comfortable, clean, well decorated and just a short walk to the beach. The condo's property has a large pool that we used when it was too windy for the beach and a couple of restaurants that are a short walk from the condo. For those bringing families there is a large playground with brand new equipment on the property. It was a wonderful stay with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect condo for our family of four. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs, plenty of coffee cups to stay caffeinated, lots of pillows, etc. The owner was great with communication. Unit was very clean and perfect location. We will be back.

This was a great place for us to stay! Close to the beach, but also close to other things to do as well. The only negative for us, and this is completely based off personal preference, the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but again, we just prefer a softer bed. But that wouldn’t stop us for booking this condo again!

The description of the property and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. It proved to be just what we needed spending a week in beautiful weather. The access to the ocean allowed us to walk to the shore each morning to view the sunrise. We would definitely stay again!!

I have stayed at Wendell's place 3 weekends so far on a travel nurse assignment at Hilton Head hospital. Perfect location, just a few minutes from hospital. Clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable, quiet. Just steps from the beach too. Will stay again and recommend to other travel nurses.

This was a spacious and comfortable condo. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable couch, and quiet bedroom. We appreciated the pickleball courts, trivia at Coconutz, and the convenient beach access. The laundry room was great and we loved riding our bikes on the pathways. Book it, you won't be disappointed!

We wrnt during the off season (first week of December), so the island wasn't exactly hopping, but we knew that while booking. The condo is perfect for a couple with or without a couple kids. It's all you need, with the beach and pool at your fingertips. The pool was too cool to use when we went (and the seasonal beach/pool bar closed), but again we expected these things when we booked. We had a great experience and will look forward to returning in the warmer months!
