About this house rental
Located in Sunriver, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. WELCOME- to your home-away-from-home on Maury Mountain Lane. This custom, 2000-square-foot home nestled in the trees has wonderful mountain decor furnishings with all the amenities. Everything you need and then some. Our home is located near Sunriver's Woodland Golf Course. Just a short walk on the bike path will take you to the clubhouse, tennis courts, or the Sunriver Market Place. We also have unlimited SHARC passes. The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a stone gas fireplace, cozy setting with a vaulted cedar ceiling, which overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with three more at the counter. There is access to the top deck from the dining area where you will find a gas barbecue, umbrella table, love seat glider, and seating for more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck. The lower level is where you find the cozy family room. You have access to the lower deck where the hot tub is and a chairlift swing for those relaxing days. Off the family room is the second master suite which has a queen-size bed. Bedroom three is also off the family room which has two sets of bunk beds, with one set having a double-size bed on the bottom. Bathroom three is off bedroom three and the family room. The laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are plenty of bikes for the whole family and friends. We also have a foosball table and a ping pong table. We have all the bikes you will need. There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore. ** We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes! We had the best time in this home!! Cute little home for our family getaway!! Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice having two separate living rooms. Kids played downstairs and adults could visit upstairs. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful home and property. Although its tucked between other houses, it still provided privacy with great wooded views. We loved riding the bikes provided, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and warm blankets for the evening. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We popped into the Village at Sunriver to explore and ate at a yummy place called The Wallow. The ping pong table was fun. We recommend this place!

Very much enjoyed our stay to attend a family birthday party. House was very well stocked, clean and accessible. Couldn't get my daughter and friend out of the hot tub during the snow ( they are from Vegas ). Communication with host was great. Husband was impressed with the wood and wildlife decor.

Nice place to stay in Sunriver. Quiet neighborhood. Nice front yard, big enough to build a small hill for my 2 and 4 year old to sled down. The house was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect family home for our Thanksgiving away. First of all, when you walk in this home, it’s more beautiful than the pictures show! The setup and cleanliness are top notch and the heated floors in the master bath make early morning wakings more pleasant. There are enough bathrooms that no one had to wait to get ready in the morning and the setup of the bedrooms allowed for quiet naps for the newborn and laughing around the kitchen with board games….at the same time! They really have thought of everything and the location was perfect. SO easy to find, not too long of a walk to the market for a special hot chocolate for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we can’t wait to come back.

My small family of three, along with my brother's family of 4 enjoyed our time here very much. Our ages range from mid-40s to 6, and everyone wants to return so that is impressive! The space was perfect for two families, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the large dining room table was perfect for all of us to enjoy meals together. The hot tub was a great addition that everyone loved. The Sunriver community provided ample opportunities for the kids to enjoy themselves. Thanks so much! We'd love to return!

The upstairs master bed mattress could use a replacement as you go flying when your bed mate tosses or turns. Bring your own laundry detergent as theirs was quite heavily perfumed. A bit noisy at times from the back deck but after traffic calms it’s very quiet. The lower level was freezing most of the time, even with all vents closed off. Upstairs level was perfect. Location of the house was great. Bikes were plentiful and in good working order.
On a resort note, the Sharc pool was great for kids, but there is nothing for older teens and adults. It’s the only pool for people who rent houses in SR. It’s crowded, too.

Would come back
Great space for two families! Sunriver is amazing, and this house was a wonderf adjunct to it. 6 bikes to tool around town, a ping pong table, a hot tub, and a very friendly common space all added up to a good time. Couldn’t have been more relaxing 😌 😎

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very comfy from beds to furniture! Although it was raining- :( - the deck looked like it would’ve been great to hang out on! Hot tub was clean and well kept! Check in and out were very smooth. Only a couple minor things.. it was very cold downstairs-,which would’ve felt great in the summer probably. The difference between the upstairs and downstairs temps was unusually large. My husband loved the temp downstairs at night for sleeping though. Kitchen counter and pans were not super clean, but everything else was. It was a minor thing, and owner got right back to me when I contacted him! Great experience in this home!!

We loved this house and look forward to returning. It was easy to check in, had everything we needed for our stay plus more, and we were able to extend our stay through quick and easy communication with the owners. We stay in Sunriver several times a year and now look forward to this rental in the future!

We really enjoyed staying here, and appreciated how well the home was set up for our family of 4 and grandparents. Ping pong and bikes were in great shape, recommend bringing your own paddles if you are into ping pong. Located very close to woodlands and north pool. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing!! So many extras that made our stay wonderful!
We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space, and everything was really comfortable. Loved the extras, SHARC passes, bikes, games, etc…. The hot tub was a nice treat as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. One nice thing might be to have some pickleball gear, but we didn’t mind renting it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home
Great location, very clean and had all the appliance for cooking. The pictures need updated as it shows they have kids bikes (they do not any more), which was a little inconvenient as we rented the home assuming there was kinds bikes. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and had a great book with all emergency contacts listed (not needed- thank goodness). Will be staying with them again!

Lovely Mother Daughter getaway
We loved this house. Very clean. Plenty of Bathrooms for all us girls!! Loved the huge hot tub. And so easy to get to off the Highway. Wonderful communication from the property manager as well. The beds were so comfortable! We’ll be back.

Nice clean house in the woods!
We only had one night to enjoy this house as we were passing through to Crater Lake, but it was a clean, comfortable home with a lot of amenities such as the large hot tub, ping pong table and a large variety of bikes. It's not large, but perfectly fine for families, especially given the nice-sized decks on both levels. It had a cabin-feel, which went well in the woodsy, private surroundings. Clark was a wonderful host- very responsive, and very understanding of our traveling situation, which I greatly appreciated. My only suggestion would be to have some baby equipment on hand, since it's a great place for families. We tried to rent a port-a-crib and there were no options close by. Otherwise, both Clark and the property were just what we needed!

Close to all the locations and activities in Sunriver. Wonderful having bikes to ride, SHARC passes, so close to the walking/biking paths. The foosball and ping pong were fun family activites. Had not played those in awhile. Very competitive grand dtr, loved these.
The house had so many amneities. We were lacking for nothing. My husband found books to read. We played games like Jenga there. The hot tub was another bonus. I did want to mention two jets did not seem to work fully. But it may have been the operators. Plus my two grandchildren preferred the ones with less force. One of the green cruiser bikes...the metal shield over the chain (have no idea what you call that)...needs a bolt. The end near front of bike is not attached. We looked for a bolt in the general store to repair it, but did not see any. It really did not affect riding it per se. We grilled out one evening, and used your lovely deck to eat and enjoy a couple of evenings. Love the chair & swing repurposed from chair lift seats. We were so busy hiking, seeing all the popular sights, we were not there a lot during the day. The kids actually wanted more time with the foosball, etc than they had. Thank you for the SHARC passes , we had two opportunties to play in the water, float on the lazy river and slide! Oh and I don't want to forget the double bunk beds were the thing! All the beds were comfortable. LInens, towels, kitchen ... all top notch.

We definitely want to visit Maui at some point. Thank you for for everything. OH...I almost forgot, thank you for helping us with the babysitter for the evening of the wedding. She was great! Amazing Sunriver Vacation!!!
This property was such a wonderful place to call home for 8 nights. Plenty of space, super clean and well maintained, comfortable beds, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, bikes for the whole family (including 3 Electra beach cruisers), Sharc pool passes, and so much more. The attention to detail in the property was second to none. The location was amazing, super close to the Country Store, highway and bike trails but you didn’t have people biking through your backyard like many properties. We can not wait to return for another vacation at this place. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was as advertised. Access to the property was easy since the owners were quick to respond to any questions. My kids appreciated the bikes, table tennis and fusball. Lots of room for us. Would highly recommend.
