Beachview Unit 200 (Sunny Daze) **CONSTRUCTION HAPPENING IN BUILDING MAY AFFECT UNIT NOISE LEVEL** ** Must be 25 or older to rent** Welcome to Beachview Condominiums! Immerse yourself in the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL, scenery; this condominium is nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, just across from the beach, The Hangout, and nearby many other attractions and restaurants. This is the perfect location for beach fun and fresh Gulf seafood. This beautifully-decorated condo is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom unit waiting to host you and your party! Chill out and watch some TV or just relax in the living room that runs into the dining room and kitchen to form a spacious, open floor plan. All of your loved ones will enjoy how connected the whole party will be. The kitchen is fully stocked to fulfill your cooking needs. The lovely Master bedroom holds a queen-size bed and connects to the Master bathroom holding a walk-in shower. The next bedroom holds one double-size bed and a Smart TV for our guests' entertainment. The last bedroom is furnished with two double-sized beds for your little ones! Another full sized bathroom is available containing a tub/shower combo to soak away the sun and sand of the day! Sunny Daze offers many amenities for you that we are sure you will appreciate: - WiFi Access - Covered Parking (1 pass per unit) - Communal Laundry Machines- down the hall and priced at $1.75 a load. - Walking Distance from the Beach - Smart TVs Don't forget to bring: While Lucky Bird provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Beachview 200 is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st. There was some drama with the people that live in the apartments. And cops were called and it was pretty upsetting at first. The electricity went out for about 30 mins. But all in all it was clean and nice I would stay again. My sister n law has a different view that I'm sure you will hear about. But out of nine ladies 6 I know would stay there again..

It was everyone in our group's first visit to Gulf Shores. It was also our first VRBO. We loved every bit of it. From booking, to checking in and out, and everything they said, and pictures, were exactly as provided. Would definitely stay with them again.

Our trip consisted of 3 couples. We all enjoyed having our own rooms. Kitchen is small and there’s no dishwasher, but if you don’t plan on making elaborate meals, it works great. Living area is easily big enough for everyone. If you’ve got a group of people and you want to be around everything going on, you can’t beat this place at this price. Super convenient to everything we needed - we didn’t move the car all weekend. But then we were there just for the beach and the seafood. Nothing fancy, but that’s all we needed.

It was a wonderful stay! Just a note Room 2 when AC is on low it smells stuffy or muggy, not sure if it's moldy. Also bathroom near kitchen water drains slow possibly due to hair clog, i tried pulling some out but looks like it can use a clean. Will definitely try a return. Thanks

All in all the condo was suitable for our family needs for the stay. It was perfectly located near our favorite places to be.
Upon arrival I parked in the Beachview designated parking area. In less than 15 minutes of parking and taking luggage up to our unit to get the parking pass the property management had left in our unit, Kings towing had towed my truck. This was not a pleasant way to start a weekend vacation.
Lucky Bird weekend services were not helpful at all and had no concerns about my truck being towed. I was advised that the HOA hired the tow company to keep parking lots clear of non Beachview tenants. Even after sending a photo of the parking pass to Kings towinge and several conversations with property management and the tow company I had to get an Uber to get my truck.
Even after showing that I had a parking pass to be in that parking area, the tow company was still very much unpleasant. I will be contacting the HOA for a refund of some sort.
For anyone planning to stay at Beachview, please do not leave your vehicle unattended for any amount of time in their designated parking area. You WILL get towed at your expense

Very clean and was just like the pics on website!! We did have issue with the cable working called the number they gave us and they came right out and fixed it!! Perfect location we could walk to everything even across the road from the beach!!! Definitely will book again!!!

It was fine be. There were a few inconveniences. For example, sheer curtains made to rooms to bright at night. The air conditioning unit was too loud and woke me up several times. Not enough hooks for 8 people to hang towels and wet suits. Not enough towels for 8 people.

It was great layout for my family plus my brother’s family. We loved how close it was to everything. The only thing I have complaint about was the lack of tv channels. We could have been doing something wrong but it only seemed like infomercials were on tv 24/7. We were able to watch Netflix in the living room though. It was great other than that.

The building is definitely older. The rental was nice and functional besides a couple minor things (ie. the toaster was broken). The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to everything. Beaches, stores, The hangout.

This was a great place to stay for a small family vacation! Super close to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were Wi-Fi access for the bedroom TV’s and the beds were not the most comfy. For the price and location it’s was definitely worth every penny!

Very clean and the location was perfect. We did not move our car once on the property. We were in the center of everything and walked to the beach, Hangout, Pink Pony etc.... perfect vacayion spot. Highley recommend this location!

We checked in on Dec. 30 - January 1 unit 200 was not checked by cleaning crew very well before we got there. There was mold and urine stains on toilet seats. Mold all in both showers.. They did send a lady out to clean the toilet but not the showers. I bought clorox spray and did that myself. Because we did not have anywhere else to go to. There where dead roaches in the floor..There is a window near the kitchen leakspretty bad when it rains. On new years eve night the master bed bath ceiling began to flood the bathroom out could not use it. I wish I could post pictures it was not raining outside then. This unit needs attention from its owners badly.

The kitchen drawer was messed up and would fall every time we would open it. Suggestion is to put a middle runner on the drawer or make 2 smaller drawers. Put an extra trash bag. We filled the trash up in 4 days time and it was either use dollar general bags or Walmart bags. Or go buy trash bags. To spend so much it won't cost to put an extra trash bag. Some people may not even use it. The front bedroom has had something smoked unit or it's mold. My sister got sick in that room. Other than that love the place and the spot.

Location is Key!
We really loved the ease of the area, we could walk to DG (Dollar General) for food, be at the beach in no time. My wife and I went down Sunday, then our teens came down Tuesday. We all had a blast.

Condo was not clean. Mold in shower. Floors dirty as well as window stills. Top on stove was torn off.! Many problems with this condo.

The quality was very poor for the price that was paid. Will not stay here again or recommend!

No coffee maker, no broom and dust pan to sweep sand up. The bunk beds are very uncomfortable. They rattled every move you make which would wake us up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much. Good location.

Disapointing
I am very upset to say the least. The window in the kitchen leaked as it rained a lot when we got there and the kitchen light covering kept falling down over and over again. In the book for checking out it mentioned to load dishes in dishwasher, there was NO dishwasher but there was dishwasher detergent on the counter left for us. No where in the book did it say to leave the pieces of paper parking passes in the room before you checked out. Was not aware of that till after we left. I am hoping I don't get charged for a piece of paper. Also there was NO broom or vacuum to clean up with while we were there or to sweep any dirt or sand that got tracked in. The plastic bed covering was torn and there were many indentions and or marks that look suspicious on the walls and such. That is not written in the description so I better not get charged for that either. Also we did not any accommodations by wearing those wrist bands at any of the stores or restaurants listed in the book. Highly disappointed.

The condo could definitely use some updating, mismatched flooring , beds very squeaky , furniture close to the end of its Usefulness and could only get a couple of the tvs to work, but for the price still a great value. The location can’t be beat , walking distance to everything, we would definitely stay there again. First trip to the gulf shores and was a good one
